Liech, what is the status of the Librarian and/or the Ur-Didact? I'm wondering as the UEE seem to have the composer

Im thinking that depending on who becomes prominent in Forerunner society, the nation will change depending on various situations and the like.

As it is a Reboot they haven't been discovered. However, when I do (Which will be soon, cause plot) you can control them if you like.
