Home Planet: None really (De Facto, being Geonosis)
Form of Goverment: Confederacy
Leaders: Separatist Council
Standing on the Senate and Chancellor: Against
Senator: None
Species: Geonosians, Neimodians, Muuns, Skakoans, Gossams, Koorivar, 1 Kalee
Planets: Geonosis, Mustafar, Utapau, Raxus , Mygeeto, Muunilist, Skako, Neimodia, Castell and Kooriva
Superweapon: The Malevolence
Population: 86 billion (Don't want to see what it actually is XD)
Army Size: Quintillions of droids, around 1 million Organic units.
Fleet Size: 100,000
Strengths: An economic superpower and a limitless army (As long as we have factories)
Weaknesses: Battledroids rely on a Core Ship to give them a signal to be able to operate, therefore destroying the signal deactivates the army.
I wanted to give something else a try, it's fine if it isn't acceptable.

Accepted. Your weakness makes the fact you have that many droids okay, and besides. Star wars Droids have as much combat effectiveness as Zulus against maxim machine guns. But the fact there is so many keeps you on par with the professional organic armies. Or are they more intelligent in this roleplay?

Calling them as dumb as a box of rocks is a compliment XD
Also, that 1 Kalee is Grievous. Is that ok?
Not all droids are stupid though, examples being the Droid Commandos and Magna Guards, these however make up a small percentage of the Droid Swarm that is the C.I.S.
I do have Organic Units though, like Geonosians, Gossam Commandos and Koorivar Fusiliers if I recall.
However...I'm torn between this and the glorious Rannochian Empire.

You could possibly tame small amounts, however they wouldn't be much use against guns. It's only disallowed since its a highly effective deterrent, which would result in another stagnation. Something similar to Rightfuls superweapon is what you should aim for.
