Erm, the Jedi guy, I'm gonna say for both fleets you can have 140,000 ships, I can't recall you posting anything about constructing more.

is the fleet per each or 40,000 for Ryaku Sr's Faction and 100,000 for the mainstream military?

It was technically not constructing more, Ryaku Sr put all his mlitary in a large secret bunker and put all his Military in a Cryogenic Stasis, and would not be revived until Ryaku Sr ordered the Cryo-Stasis to ware or his Final Will Hologram would be activated, Ryaku Sr was killed on mars, and when his sons got a hold on Rykau Sr's hologram, the Cryo-Stasis wore off

Alright, as you've probably guessed I don't know a lot about warhammer 40k, but I'm flicking through the wiki every now and then to learn the basis. IS it possible for my seeker to simply go back through the portal it was sent through?
Any film can be improved with the addition of Morgan Freeman, even those with one already.

Just going to point out Fernis was glassed, and the Spacewolves destroyed after the corruption of their geneseed reduced them all to wulfen.
