it is not considered a private army, Ryaku Sr was the founder of the Dark Jedi, so his army holds the Dark Jedi Insigina, so its not a private army, it was Ryaku Sr's Dark Jedi Fleet during the Great Hyperspace War.

I am putting real planet names by side because the fictional planets are based off the Sol System planets. For example,
Moho is the Mercury Analog in the Kerbol System.

Would I please be able to create my own race? I have a picture and starship designs and a unique architecture already. (I've been working on them for a couple years) Plus semi-underpowered techs. The only real secret weapon us biological, but nothing crazy.
