Necromancy, Consciousness Transferral/Reincarnation (Possession). Dark Arts. Intelligence. Demonic Power Manipulation. Life-Force Merging. Flesh Masking/Shapeshifting. Curse Inducement (Cursed Seals). Reptile Manipulation. Element Sealing. Power Erasure. Mindscape Transportation. Energetic Pressure. Army Manipulation. Corruption Inducement. DNA Manipulation. (Through all of his dark experiments.) Psychological Intuition. Mutagen Empowerment. Supernatural Blood.
Personality: He possesses a complex personality, but more often than not, however, he was often described as twisted by a large number of people,though there are always those who are drawn in by his charisma, an can be loyal and almost fanatical in the way they regard him, though he usually just uses them. It's speculated that this was due to the fact that two of his childhood friends died, one of an illness and a weak constitution, and the other in an accident, imply that Orochimaru grew to disdain the fragility of human life and how it affected those still living, which led him to desire immortality. To that end, the primary purpose of Orochimaru's human experimentation is to test what modifications the human body can endure and harness a subject's unique abilities for himself. Once accomplishing this goal, Orochimaru has hopes to be worthy of the title of "ultimate being", unable to die and able to achieve his secondary goal to learn every spell in the world, which would normally take many lifetimes to obtain.
Often known to be cruel, Orochimaru's agenda made him develop a god complex and valued himself while delighting in striking terror in his first impressions. Though causing conflict to ease his boredom, Orochimaru seems to have no interest in battles started by others. His charisma also attracts a number of followers, many of which he would not hesitate to send on potential suicide missions if for his own personal benefit, expressing some remorse if they're unable to properly complete a task, having no sentimental attachments to any of them despite their values. Despite this, Orochimaru has genuine interest in the development of his underlings and experiments.
An aspect of Orochimaru's personality is also his greatest weakness: his arrogance. He truly believed he is an invincible immortal at times, attacking recklessly against powerful opponents, despite not necessarily being informed as to their capabilities, and therefore not only underestimating them, but also possessing an additional factor that can contribute to his losing. Despite his distinct lack of morals, Orochimaru seems to be well-versed in human psychology and displays insightful wisdom when chastising the more ignorant in such things, including some who have a lack of understanding in such matters. He often shows disdain for those he believes are considerably weaker than him. He's also come to have a thing for death. Orochimaru has a dark and unusual sense of humour.
Short bio of Character: Orochimaru was born into a fairly rich family, his father from Japan, and his mother from Sweden. One of his ancestors on the Swedish side, happened to be relatively famous fortune teller, among other things. A number of his family members are occultists, including his parents and siblings. Much of his family had already had an obsession with mystical, and occult things- also having been initiated into certain forms of paganism, so it was not hard to make the decision for him delve into the things he did, including darker magick. Even from his childhood days Orochimaru was identified as a genius in whatever it was that he took to doing, and a once-in-a-generation prodigy. He is surprisingly knowledgeable about a considerable number of things, primarily of occult and historical nature. Some of the reasons being that he desired more knowledge and power. His fascination with conflict also leant him a proficiency with some weapons as soon as he as able to delve into that kind of area. Orochimaru has also managed to become adept in certain martial arts due to lessons he took tempered with some experience. He is also fairly good at drawing and playing several instruments, including guitar, drums, piano, the shakuhachi flute, wadaiko, koto and accordion, among others. He's also omni-lingual, speaking a number of languages, like Japanese, Swedish, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Greek, as well as a few others.
Orochimaru has been through all kinds of little adventures despite his relatively young age, and many of them, strange or less so, are too numerous to list here. Now, he seems to be doing fairly well in life, and has attained somewhat of a reputation, mainly for his good looks and outwardly charming nature, though he was shunned by those who knew what he was really like, and plans certain things to reach his own aims. Many people saw him differently, and this contributed to his becoming detached from mot other people. The deaths of two of his friends also contributed, as well as that of a relative of his. Despite having a fairly prestigious family, some elements of his childhood weren't so easy, and to put it simply; things were quite complicated. Among other things, there were always those who were jealous of his lineage, as well as those who treated him differently because of his unusual eyes. He regularly listens to bands like Therion, Nightwish, HeavensDust, X Japan, Dir En Grey, and various others. He is in several organisations such as The Order of the Green Dragon, Dragon Rouge, Ordo Templi Orientis, Illuminates of Thanateros, TOPY , the Temple of Set, and OSOGD. He doesn't consider himself an advanced student, but has studied Aikido, Wing Chun, Jujitsu, Kali, Savate, Krav Maga, Tae Kwan Do, Judo, Boxing, and Shaolin Kung Fu, over time, and so he isn't completely helpless when it comes to self defence, though he isn't a master of unarmed combat, either. His older cousin is in the Särskilda Operationsgruppen (Special Operations Task Group, SOG), of the Swedish Armed Forces, and taught him a few things when it came to certain military matters, in the odd time or two he came over from Sweden to Japan.
He has travelled to various parts of the world, and despite some of the less profitable experiences, he has gathered some knowledge in fighting. Once, he encountered a group of terrorists, whilst on Yonaguni, a Japanese island in the Pacific Ocean, in case ya didn't know. It was during the fight that took place there that some of his magical potential was noted by certain people in an occult division Japanese military, and he found himself under a fair amount of scrutiny, especially regarding some previous events which he has vaguely hinted at having a hand in, regarding a large number of mysterious disappearances and deaths in some parts of Japan, and later on the rest of the world. Though these were due to his ol' villain quest for power and immortality, with experiments upon those he kidnapped being fairly nasty. His rather intelligent mind insured that he has facilities, hideout and that kinda thing in various parts of the world, and he always worked things out so that his secrecy was maintained, and he wasn't discovered. He also experimented on his own body, to the extent that his true form is big, serpentine and creepy. Among his research into immortality, he has found certain curse seals, another part of the deal, that he is developing. In regards to the markers, each cursed seal contains a portion of Orochimaru's consciousness, which allows him to share the senses of those who bear his seals. In the event that he is killed or sealed, he can be revived through one of his cursed seals if an individual presses flesh containing his DNA up to the cursed seal and uses the Evil Releasing Method. Through this process, Orochimaru can be completely resurrected any number of times, as long as there are enough remaining cursed seals and pieces of his DNA. Both techniques have already been mastered, naturally. Recently, after a visit to Sweden, the potential that could be gained in a certain individual known to him as Kalen Daindred was revealed to him/insert plot reason here, and he bestowed a curse mark upon him, also making Kalen his apprentice, of sorts. Some people seem to find him a bit creepy at times, so the way others view him is often a mixed bag. One thing he definitely isn't regarded as, however, is a nobody. Among other oddities, his unusual eyes alone can mark him out.
Ignore the old version of Kalen, Sasuke Uchiha's better:

Personality: His personality is rather odd, and can change from one thing to another. Brutal, impulsive, excessively-violent personality and a lethally-short temper. However, despite his aggression and obvious blood lust in battle, he possesses a feral cunning and has a knack for quickly exploiting any opening his opponent reveals. In addition, he can be blunt, sarcastic, and quite sadistic, revealing a psychotic grin or laughing maniacally whenever he becomes excited sometimes, or eerily silent, cold and disdainful at other times. He is also very rude and quite disrespectful at times, and mockingly polite, cunning and manipulative at others. He's often serious, yet at the same time disdainful of others, often laughing when opponents claim that they can defeat him. He isn't always too bad, though, so there is some good in him, even if he can be ruthless in order to achieve his goals.
Short bio of Character: Kalen was born into the old and very respected Daindred Family, a an esteemed noble family of prominent magic practitioners, the largest branch of which currently resides in England, though one with a quite unusual genetic "curse", if you will. While the Daindreds are often incredibly skilled magic users, they are almost always second place in comparison to the most powerful sorcerer of the time period. They also have an unusual genetic trait in their eyes. Thus, there is a heavy pressure put on Kalen, virtually from the day he could walk, as he was the second born son. There are some rumors that the family might be running into problems in terms of getting worthy heirs, which presents even more pressure on Kalen and his brother. He was taught magic and swordplay early, relentlessly and some might say abusively, and learnt many styles of fighting with various weapons accumulated within the family for centuries, including some techniques from as far afield as Japan. Kalen became quite a child prodigy, but became worried that he was still not good enough, and sought to surpass his brother. He also delved into the darker areas of magic, and once encountered Orochimaru, who gifted him with a curse mark, and taught him how to access the second stage of that power, whilst also learning how to manipulate dark energy.
As well as these things, he also studied a number of martial arts, becoming adept at them, perhaps around the level of a master in some. At age 14, he sought out a powerful [insert something else here] simply to kill it for the sake of killing it, mirroring Gabren. He barely succeeded, a fact that still frustrates him, like his brother. Though unlike his brother, Kalen holds more hate and contempt for [insert somethin else here], than fear. At one point, a time in which few details can be discerned, both his parents and many family members were slaughtered by an unknown individual, or group of individuals. Naturally, Kalen vowed to avenge them. After he became eighteen, he travelled far and wide, with some of the more interesting artefacts of supernatural significance he came upon, kept among his possessions. The voice inside Kalen urged him to travel far, and to kill. He became as skilled an assassin as he was a warrior and a dark-magic user. Sometimes, Kalen killed targets of note simply because he could, and other times because he would get rewards for such things, on contracts. He terrorised cities, towns and various places in different parts of the world, becoming known in the underground supernatural community, as the fabled "Black Demon". All along the way, he continued to search for the cause of what had happened with most of his family. All this, happened, despite of his youth.
His influential noble connections also gave him a fair amount of political power, and many of his family's traditional rivals grew fearful and shied away from them. He also on occasion goes by various other aliases, and such as Lord Emil Von Stroube, and it it doubtful if his birth name is known for certain. It is also believed that he has his own shadowy organisation somewhere, though that is so shrouded in rumours that even half-truths are hard to find. When he was younger, Kalen often joined numerous occult organisations, from the Golden Dawn and Illuminates of Thanateros to Fraternas Saturni, and TOPY. Due to his odd personality, it is generally near impossible to ascertain what his true goals are. However, whatever they are, it's doubtless that they are ambitious. During recent times, he's fallen under the wing of Orochimaru.

The user can memorise ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques, much like Sasuke Uchiha's Lion Combo. In order to reproduce a copied technique, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hadn't trained nearly as much as Lee had. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce techniques dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.

Hmm. Well, apparently you can't copy/use the ability/technique if you're not actually strong enough to use it. And if it comes from something inherited by blood, like a power that belongs to people in a certain family. Otherwise known as Kekkai Genkai.

Like I said. Feel free to use it on this RP provided you don't copy things like Elder Magic or things only gods can use.
On the Academy though it's not really fair so I would like you to drop it. However like I said before. Feel free to be able to develop new powers over time.
Otherwise the second one is accepted now for this.
