Since you have Taxation T1, you would gain 2x14 Currency from taxes, and 10 from your Wheat, for a total of 34 Currency per even page.

I'm not sure I understand the question. AP you get for every page, regardless, as long as you've been accepted for that page. Currency you gain in intervals of two pages, starting and ending with even numbered pages. If its page two, I can collect my Currency gains from page two. If its page three I can collect my Currency gains from page two if I haven't already, and my growth gains from page three. If its page four I can collect my Currency from page four, but I can no longer collect my Currency from page 2 if I haven't already, though I can collect my growth from page 3 if I haven't.
Basically you collect Currency and Growth every two pages, staggered, but if you don't collect it before the next collection time comes around you've lost it.

Not quite. AP comes at a rate of +1 per page of IC, and more at daily Progress Period. Growth comes every odd-numbered page. Currency comes every even-numbered page.

What you see is what you get; as in you only get AP. Calculating growth percentages and Currency rates for 23 players was taking way too long.

I mean that after checking the Argiculutre tech I realised that most resources dont benitifit you if you havent reached a certain level

You mean the NR tech? Yes, you need the relevant NR tech to exploit most resources; otherwise they're useless to you.

You get Currency every even-numbered page, which you add yourself. The APs gained in a PP are strictly a bonus; you also recover the APs from advancing pages IC.
