"I am General Mussah, second commander of the 1st S Legion of Hammerfel" he said while he followed the man. Only two soldiers went with Mussah into the Imperial camp, the other 8 would wait.
He was glad the Thalmor didn't come, in this way he could tell his story in a much more comfortable way.

They walked inside a large tent wich was flanked by two, blood-red banners with the heraldry of the Imperial Legion on them. It was definetly Vadus' tent.

Talib, began a second speech in town, this drew larger crowds then before, clearly his words were beginning to rapidly change people's views. He cleared his throat and looked at the assembling crowd, of redguards. He soon began his speech.

"For years brethren, we have lived in fear of the aldmeri dominion, invading us when we do not comply with a demand they make do you want to see your families massacred and your livelihoods ruined? we do not have to put up with this"

the crowd cheered ecstatically.

The General looked around and then he sat down. This would be a one time chance only, he needed to make sure that he didn't screw it up by using the wrong words, and so he began his story.
"A long time ago we were allies, allies facing the same threat. That threat is still around, we fought it in our home years ago, with success, while the Empire took another way.
I'm not going to argue what was right and what was wrong at that time, but we both know this threat, we know what it wants to achieve. Now its the time to face it again, together we can defeat it, together we can drive it out of our lands! You know where to get support, you know where to strike. We have no intrest in Falkreath and we will return it to the Empire if its ready to finish what we started together. Let us face this evil together, for once and for all."

"I want you to think about this carefully, its a one time offer only. Will the Empire chose to remain its existance in chains; or will it rise up, together, with all of our allies to face this threat once again?"

The General looked towards Legate Vadus, hoping for him to make the right choice.

Victoria drafted the letter and had it sent to Legate Vadus. Victoria knew it would interest him and was confident he would accept.

Dear Legate Vadus, I, Victoria Tullius, and my merc party will join the legion. When we do we will take a group of undercover legionaries Windhelm and kill Ulfric. I will walk up and slit his throat, cut of his head and send it to you. However for doing this I will become the Jarl of Windhelm and support the Imperials and help supply the legion with fresh troops. Sincerely Victoria Tullius

'The Empire has long waited for such a moment, and now may be the time. However, we are not yet prepared, and the Aldmeri Dominion is still assembling forces daily. They are growing rapidly. As soon as you have prepared, the Legion will help you.'

(Val, since General Tullius IS the head-commander of all Legion forces, I'll just assume you wrote to him, since Vadus just entered Skyrim)

If you do indeed bring us the head of Ulfric Stormcloak, we would be very gratefull, and you will be named Jarl of Windhelm and Eastmarch. As soon as you arrive here in Solitude you and your mercenary party will be supplied with weapons, if you so desire, and legionaires to aid you.

It is only the Empire that needs to step up. We have many armies ready on our borders, ready to drive out the Aldmeri Dominion. And when people hear about our actions they will also step up against those tyrants."

Talib, began training his 35 recruits in swordfighting, it seemed 23 of the redguards had sworn allegiance to Talib, without his knowledge. He gave them all a scimitar and ebony dagger, these were their weapons, they would move on to armour later.

The recruits would form the first republican army of hammerfell, this would be followed by the second republican army of hammerfell, but that was in the future and when the first army had at least 15,000 redguards.

The soldiers began training at a camp in the desert, they were being trained on how to penetrate armour with their sword. The camp had been set up by the funds gather by the skooma and prostitution services.

Jerick looked out at Markarth. It's size had now grown at least two-fold even in light of the recent slaughter that had gone on. The new wall in construction was well underway. Soon he would have even more defense than before and his city would be near impregnable. But he had more pressing matters at hand than to daydream the days away. He turned back at his recently arrived guest awaiting his response to his recently posed questions.

Inevitably it failed from a variety of factors, but my struggles are the same as yours, Your people have struggled, killed, defiled, abused in their crusade for your home land. I was merely doing the same as well. I simply seek a place for my Snow ELf brethren to finally return, as to rebuild our tattered civilization. Just as your Forsworn have done."

The guard had returned with several more men. Jerick began again after a quick glance.
"I would be willing to aid you as long as you help me afterwards. If you successfully create a new Snow Elf kingdom I wish to ally myself with you. As one you are weak together we would be powerful. So what say you?"

"I have no qualms with you or your people, we both have dealt with the trials of securing our people a homeland. I would see no harm in allying with your city, if you can help provide me with the resources to bring my people henceforth from the mountains to give us a home," Payt responded, his eyes now level with his counterpart.

The guard had returned with several more men. Jerick began again after a quick glance.

Jerick thought that the man could be useful. As an ally and a friend.

At the fort repairs were being made to the broken sections of the walls and many were being reconstructed. Soon the fort would be back in it's glory and be fully operational.

"Meet me tomorrow on the field east of Falkreath, Just make sure that the Thalmor are ready for battle. If you send messages to the Empire i will send them to the Stormcloacks and to Hammerfell"
"We will soon know how many will join, and not to forget, once we've started more will come automaticly."

After that the General stood up, he was pleased by the meeting. He would head back to Flakreath to spread the news. Gathering support. And the next day he would go with 200 soldiers himself to the field, seeing if the Thalmor soldiers had improved their fighting since last time.

Castle Dour, Solitude
Victoria and her company walked into the Castle Dour in Solitude. They could hear General Tullius talking about the civil war. Victoria walked in and went to him, "Hello General Tullius, I'm Victoria and I'm here to join the legion with my friends."

Legate Vadus had managed to convince the Thalmor to go to the field, alongside the Imperials. The Thalmor had been convinced it were Talos-worshipping madmen, so they were positioned at the front as they began marching towards the field.

'Then you are the one from the letter, who promised to kill Ulfric Stormcloak?'

General Mussah had gatherd himself with his 200 best men, he hoped the Thalmor could put up a good fight. He would face them head on, the same way as the drove the Thalmor out of Hammefell. The rest of his army just stayed in Falkreath, they hoped that the General could bring some Thalmor that surrenderd so they could have them fight the giant scorpions.

Leaving the Legion to pick up the scraps and returning Skyrim to a full province of the empire."

Talib, brings several of the most highly skilled warriors in the dark brotherhood, to the training camp, which in part to Talib's charisma, has swelled to 75 redguards. However they need training before being considered a proper fighting force.

The dark brotherhood assassins begin to train the redguards in combat, this along with the skills the redguards already have in swordsmanship and smithing gradually begin to mould the redguards into an effective fighting force.

Talib, also sensing the instability in skyrim, asks the dark brotherhood, to reside in hammerfell, until the civil war ends.

"Send the legionaries to Dragon's Bridge wearing merc outfits. And keep that detachment read. Windhelm will be full of Stormcloaks." Victoria then exited Castle Dour and began to ride to Dragon's Bridge.

Several hours later, at the start of the afternoon, a group of legionaires arrived at Dragon Bridge, clad in different suits of armour. Some in leather, others in iron or steel, and armed with a variety of weapons.

Victoria looked at the men Tullius supplied. "They will do." She took command of the men and her party and the soldiers began to march to Windhelm to kill Ulfric Stormcloak.

The General and his soldiers desided to let them run, just to see if the Imperials really had the balls to end this.

The Thalmor stumble upon a wall of Imperial shields, and are cut down without mercy by the Legionaires.

As the General saw the Thalmor got cut down by the Imperials he knew they kept their word. He invited the Imperial Army to come to Falkreath to celibrate the first night of freedom. Serval soldiers of the General cutted off the heads of Thalmor soldiers, they would spear them on sticks just outside Falkreat as a warningsign.
The General sended out a few letters to the Stormcloacks and a few to Hammerfell, he was sure that they would send support for the war against the Dominion.

Several groups of Legionaires join the Redguards in celebrating in Falkreath, while others return to the encampment and either celebrate there or don't celebrate their victory, minor as it is, at all.

Eastmarch Imperial Encampment

Word of the following coup is brought by a messenger by mouth, so no papers could have been stolen by Stormcloaks. Several Imperial soldiers have arrived there too, to bolster the Legionaires there who will man Windhelm's walls when it is taken.
