just that that one guy really gets on my nerves...

Yes, but even after Order 66 some droids were still active until Anakin deactivated them from Mustafar. The clone armies remained clones for a little while and the ships didn't change until later on. They continued to use Venator cruisers until the star destroyers were complete. When I said the Council gave me orders I didn't mean the jedi council, I meant the Grand Moff council.

Yeah but this set almost or a year after Order 66, so by then Anakin had already killed the Trade Federation Leaders and deactivated the remaining CIS. Plus we are just seeing Transition from Clone Troopers to Storm. Also the Chancellor is now emperor, plus there is no more Republic unless your Remnants or Jedi Order.
