Okay seeing as everyone has rules here's Mikes:

Theft: Stun Stick to the face and thrown into the cells for the night.
Back Chat: Stun stick to the face and left there.
Assault: Stun stick to the face and thrown into the cell for further discipline.
Stealing his doughnuts: Beaten to near death with a stun stick and thrown into the cell until someone can be bothered to get you out.
