Physical Description: Stands 6 foot even. Grey eyes. Black hair, which always looks rather frazzled. Never seen wearing anything that isn't blue.
Personality: Like his powers, Shane is a stray bundle of energy. In a perpetual happy mood, and has no concept of personal space. Getting him to sit still for 5 minutes is an accomplishment in and of itself.
Backstory: Shane is a street urchin. Never knew who his parents were, or where he was born. He actually named himself Shane, after reading it out of a book. Even so, he was pep personified. He was actually very content with his meager existence on the streets. Until he was about 16, and he discovered his powers. By way of accidentally blowing up a gas station he was dumpster diving at. He ran after that. Bouncing from town to town and hoping he didn't get caught. He was caught however. By Lucus Academy.

It takes at the very least 2 years to get promoted.
