"Oh..." Albert said, blushing from the kiss, but still kissing Ray back. He also wrapped his arms around Ray's neck in a loose hug. "Well, now what do you want to do?" Albert asked coyly, before kissing Ray again happily.

"Hmph. I thought it was obvious," Ray whispered warmly as he continued to bend down and kiss Albert. "Fun is what I was promised."

"Well, we can do that," Albert responded in a purr. He kissed Ray back, continuing to hug Ray as he did so.

"Yea.", Torii said to Jacob. "We got telegrams.....telegrams! I didn't think they did that anymore."

Katya smiled and nodded. "Hello, Luce. Hey Chrys. Hey, Dora."

"That surprised me as well.... Oh, hello." He said to Luce, Chrys and Dora, giving them a wave. "Do either of you have a car? Neither I or my new friend," He gestured to Sigtrygg, who waved to the group,"have any way to get to where they told us to go.... Well except by taxi of course."

"We could always hit up a vending machine while we wait. And I didn't break any laws either." Bran said as he wiped his brow, clearing the sweat from it from his bike trek. "I've never been here before, what's it like in there then?"

"Yea.", Torii said to Jacob. "We got telegrams.....telegrams! I didn't think they did that anymore."

Katya smiled and nodded. "Hello, Luce. Hey Chrys. Hey, Dora."

"No, no car. We could all split a taxi though," Dora suggested.

"Well, we can do that," Albert responded in a purr. He kissed Ray back, continuing to hug Ray as he did so.

"Rawr, Kitty!", Ray giggled at the kiss, keeping up Albert's purring by petting his chest. "So, how's it going to go around this time?"

"Fussy," Klaus grunted. Minerva smacked his shoulder.

"It's rather lovely and grand," she said to Bran. "This is the seat of government for the entire Sovereign-State, and not for the city. The city management reports to them. Klaus and I worked with them during the rebuild. Affable enough ladies and gentlemen but not as easy-going as our city officials. We didn't see much of them at all until that rebuild and, quite frankly, they make me nervous at times. They're anything but routine."

Sure, they get things done, more so than some nations as not as many people are divided because of the single party, but you get what I'm saying." Bran explained. He held up his little Orange book with a red star in the middle of the Branriech triangle. It was his new party membership booklet.

Torii nodded in agreement. "Yea, we would all need to get there soon."

The sisters produced their money for a bus or taxi and stood to the side.

"Waat iez a buuz?" Sigtrygg asked, not familiar with the word. "Ooh, aend I aem Sigtrygg Karlsson Snjalli, beh dee weh. Whoo aerre yoou aall?" Jacob had already explained who he was to Sig, and decided to let the others introduce themselves.

But Jacob did say, "A bus is a good idea, They should have one that heads to the government area of the city."

That made Albert blush. "I don't know....." He said, not quite sure what Ray meant.

Ray chuckled and kissed Albert again, using his hands to bring Albert's shirt off and leaving a bare chest. He then continued to pet Albert's chest softly, and then moved his free hand down towards Albert's belt...

Minerva's expression was thoughtful as she spoke. "They're not prone to bickering. I can't say if it's because they're too civil to quarrel or if there's an odd hive mind to them. They aren't to be trifled with."

Klaus reached over and wiggled his fingers to indicate he wanted to see the booklet. "New government, new manual. Mind if I read through it?"

Jacob nodded in agreement with Luce. "We should get going, otherwise we might completely miss whatever it is they want us for!"

Katya gave a curtsy. "I am Katya Dimitrova, Tora's older sister. It is a pleasure to meet you."

On the front cover, the words "The people will thrive" were stamped in Cyrillic Russian. The inside cover was much like a standard ID, with Bran's photo plastered in, as well as his DOB, place of residence, former or current military application, and a few more things, such as his eye and hair color. The rest was more political themed, with the lyrics to the national anthem, pledge of servitude, and information about the party and how the citizens were sworn to uphold their ideals.

Jacob and Sigtrygg followed along behind, with Sigtrygg looking at the bus with some concern. He has never even ridden in a car.

Klaus fumbled through his pockets and pulled an old leather booklet from his pocket. They were as old as the Nuremberg Laws and served as proof of German Reich citizenship. The ID photo was of a much younger Klaus with eyes that weren't haunted. He'd been handsome once upon a time. There were pages proclaiming his prior rank and position in the Reich. A second ID card, this one laminated, was tucked next to it. A simple Sovereign-State ID card which proclaimed him a citizen of Bielefeld.

"Morale crap comes in too many forms," he muttered to Bran. "Communism and Socialism are better than Fascism. One single paper determines whether or not you are a man or just a rat worthy of extermination, when you live under a fascist regime."

He returned Bran's papers to him and took back his own. "Be proud of your government. They're sensible."

Minerva coughed. "If you gentlemen are through with sniffing papers in general, maybe we should step inside and see if there's a soda machine?" She carefully straightened Klaus' jacket and handed Bran a hankie to mop his sweaty face with.

The sisters followed along until they were on the bus. They waited for everyone to settle in, and for the bus to start moving.

Katya was still a little nervous, but said nothing. Torii passed the time by looking at the others every now and then. She didn't particularly think anything of the telegrams.

Giovenith, having received her telegram, had run off to find and wait with the others, seeing them on the bus and managing to catch it before it took off.

ATTENTION Moving day. I won't be online tomorrow to request thread lock so we're ending the current thread early. Plot thus far. Everyone received a telegram either personally or in their mailboxes. The language read as follows: Dear (the proper resident's name was inserted here for each telegram): The Sovereign-State of Bielefeld requests your presence at a meeting with the Government. Please come to the Parliment Building no later than 4:30PM. //signature// John Banks Minister of Law and Order Klaus, Minerva and Bran departed for the Parliament Building. Luce, Torii, Katya, Sig, Gio and a few others boarded the bus to go across town. Characters will already be at the Parliament Building at the start of the new thread. The bus/cabs/subway got them to the location. Ozzall, Volt and Tipper can meet there. There's room for a few stragglers but if too much time elapses, don't add your character. Have them back at the building instead. The others can fill them in on details. I set up the first scene in the new thread. Read it so you'll know where to start. Thanks!
