Yoshi kept gently brushing Pipa's hair, making it nice and neat. "Dono yō ni kore o okonau ni wa kanri shita nodesu ka?" He thought out loud to the golem.

"Oh no, everything's just jolly good," the bartender said, pointing to the far end of the bar, where Chrys was passed out atop a large pile of other people. "Drank up half me stock in about five minutes, challenged the guy at the bottom with the shredded bell-bottom jeans there to a game of pool. Then something happened, there was a whirlwind, and next thing I knew she was standing on top o'all them proclaiming herself the Queen of Pool Hustling and Duct-Taping People Up. After that she wobbled and fell over. Did well, though. I made more tonight than any five Oktoberfests put together..."

He continued playing Solitaire (the riffling noise).

"Well.... In that case.... Is she ok?" Albert asked, looking over at the pile of people. "And are the people under her OK?

"Jesus, Chrys is quite the crazy bastard," Ray muttered under his breath. He didn't really seem so concerned about all the people under her as much as he was weirded out.

Ozzall gave her a nonplussed look, and resolved never to match drinks with anyone wearing tan and gray.

Albert continued leaning against Ray, and asked the bartender, "Do you have any wine from Aksarben?" He preferred alcohol from his nation above anything else, and especially wine.

Not really "wanting" anything, or having any clue what Yoshi was saying, Pippa-Michelle did what she did best: nod and smile, nod and smile. As far as she knew, Giovenith had no need for her right now, so she figured it would be okay for her to stay if the other fleshies wanted. She simply did not understand why they always asked her and never just outright told her, though.

Bran and Rylli both sat there and ate in happiness, hugging the other gladly as they examined their friends eating together. He felt the same as Yoshi, that they were all family, no matter who they were. Although he saw everyone in the apartment as family, not just his friends with him now.

"Is everyone happy with the food?" He asked.

"Were the waffles good?" Bran asked and turned to Yoshi with a shrug. He nodded to Torii and Katya, smiling. "Cool, my mother taught me how to make them, like, when I was five or something. I always made them for everyone in the apartment before you guys showed up too."

Luce nodded mildly. Deader continued helicoptering.

"One wine from Aksarben - " he turned his back and appeared to do something with a cooler, then filled the glass.
"And one apple martini."

Yoshi simply looked at his plate that had been practically licked clean. That was hs answer. He had thoroughly enjoyed the waffles.



Yuri was dead, would anyone notice? Who knows.

Pippa-Michelle merely sat on the ground and nibbled on paper napkins she had pulled from her pockets, smiling and nodding at the conversation, understanding most of it yet not really "feeling it" as the others would. She was unaware of how to respond to some of the emotions flitting about in the air, and figured that she was probably not supposed to.

Part of the word, 'SCANDAL!' was cut off, along with half of Justin Bieber's head, all of which the golem simply picked back up and chewed again, this time more slowly, before swallowing it whole, and returning to her napkins. She hiccupped a rather loud, "SCANDAL!" briefly, before continuing with her meal.

Yoshi turned around. "Stop poking me" he whined and scooted away

[New Aksarben]

"Hmm? Oh, Waverly is the second largest city of my nation, and the first settlement of my nation beyond the Sandhill Mountains. It was also the first place that we met our Carthage, Sasnak. We fought many times with that nation, but ultimately conquered it. Waverly is known for producing some of the best wine in my nation, along with many other things." Albert answered, before taking another drink of his wine.

[Tiltjuice]

"Sandhill Mountains, eh? Any good hunting there?" Ozzall inquired, scrutinizing the glass of wine in Albert's hand. "Another one if you don't mind, bartender."

Soon enough, he had his own.
