For some reason, we don't know why, nor will we ever know, Allen Govan was in Belavakia. He had his guitar in hand, plugged it in to a PA system and started playing "War Ensemble" by Slayer, which was fitting given the fact that Belvakia was in the middle of a war.

The fall of order in the empire's African neighbor was sure to reach the attention of the highest levels of the empire's government, and that it did. Lendben had been something of a short lived nation, obviously the government there had not been fit to rule its own citizens. Though there was much debate within the courts the obvious decision to benefit both the citizens of this fallen nation and the citizens of the empire was to send in troops to secure the area and restore order to the African nation. With Western Lancearc in the area and already in direct control of large numbers of troops it was a simple order to hand down and execute. The citizens, however, were not all that enthusiastic of the idea of being annexed. A small scale war is currently being fought over the area with local guerrillas and the remnants of Lendben's armed forces.
