So I decided to go with two new characters instead of one. The bios are kind of shoddy and I omitted height and weight. I do hope that'll be forgiven. I'll post tomorrow, tired right now.

Brief Bio: Miguel Salazar was quite a smart child. Since little he was quite inquisitive and always wanted to know more, about things, about the world, about why things happened the way they did. This naturally isolated him from the other children, who thought that Miguel was extravagant at best. He didn't mind, though, adapting to his loneliness quite quickly and pursuing his interests all by himself.
One day, he found himself in a time and place where he shouldn't have been. A delinquent threatened him, and, panicking, Miguel suddenly manifested his powers. As he had been in physical contact with him at the time, the man was soon enough covered in numerous wounds and ran away, screaming. That was the first time Miguel made use of his powers, but not the last, as soon afterwards the rest of them manifested.
When the Vampire War came, Miguel spent his time helping those close to him survive. Now he's going to Super Hero High.

It started out innocuously enough, being chalked off as just some kid's fantasy, but soon it became evident that this wasn't the case at all, as she grew up and with her, her talents. It wasn't very long until her apparent aptitude for technology was noticed by important people, a fortuitous event which basically built her career as an engineer. However, even then it was apparent that she was much more than a simple engineer, and so, eventually, she was offered a position at the Super Hero High.

I have a plan with my next Leroy class, but the problem is is that it wouldn't make sense to happen too far in the future, because it has to be the first time that Nerain actually goes to Leroy's class.

Alright, we can do a class with Leroy after breakfast then.

Okay. The electricity thing was a reference to Ahaiyuta, twin gods of war in Zuni mythology, but that is beside the point and probably not the best idea anyway.

I guess that the I should work on that. I guess that I shall cut Cyrus's ability to control electricity. Now he is just a person who could walk into and out-of any situation. For Darius, I shall downgrade the "gravity manipulation" with a qualifier of "cannot be done while under stress" so as to basically ensure that it could not be used in anything serious.

As to the later, I will have to think about it since I had plans. My idea with him was that he needs the ability to get-off the station with two hostages (one being Sakura) if panicked. I am thinking that I might just justify it via a panic button summoning a teleporter to get him, Sakura, and another hostage.

As to the former, was Seoul attacked? If not, I shall edit that part to make the coziness refer to Seoul rather than South Korea. If not, I will have to come-up with something else to explain things.

With those changes, would you accept the apps?

One more question. Did any of the staff that survived know that they were recommending an psychological evaluation of Taylor? I got the impression that Dietrich and the other guards who knew died.

With those changes Cyrus and Darius are acceptable, update their applications with it and I'll accept them.

It would work better if the teacher had the power to teleport, because it would be problematic for him to abscond otherwise. Do you have any major plans with the nightmare control power? He would be acceptable if it was dropped.

The main reason I gave so many links is because we have had a lot of new people pop up lately, and I figure they might as well see what my characters look like (All the links related to outfits are also of their appearance) without going through the list of accepted characters. And I like giving my characters outfits, anyway, so that was another reason to do that for the hell of it. I originally only planned to do Kira's outfit for the day, but that obviously changed...

And then you have the two other completely unrelated links to clothes. A song and a web browser video game...

Okay. The "nightmare control" was actually explained to be an ability to control "nightmarish" animals (I.E. leeches). It was part of the original incarnation of this character, but the fact that he is undercover means that he would have no real instances to use that power. Still, I shall get rid of it and save it for a planned character in the future that my intentions for how the power would be used is available, thus bringing the teacher down to "teleportation" and "pyrokinesis" and that one device that allows him to notice cameras successfully smuggled-into the station.

Also, she will probably need some anger management soon as well, after I do my idea....

Considering she already called a teacher an asshole to his face, and dropped the F bomb like 3 or 4 times because of being annoyed about something I believe, and that was just within the first few hours of her arrival, yeah, I think she has anger issues...But hey, she's a rebellious teenager, it's kinda to be expected

The most experience I have with rebellious teenagers is from The Sims 3, so this should be fun. *nods*

Trust me, it gets much worse once you learn that developmental psychology has an idea that all teenagers at some point undergo "adolescent narcissism".

I still think that any time our characters have some bad ass fight sequence going on, for whatever reason or other, this should be required to be the soundtrack to all fight scenes ever. With cheesy movie slow-mo action sequences playing in your head to describe how you're viewing the fight scene, of course. Even though that's obviously not actually happening in the fight scene in the RP.

Cyrus was an overachiever, an above average gymnast; his small pranks often unnoticed as he took advantage of his powers of invisibility and sound-silencing to commit small pranks without notice.

When the vampires attacked, the Hazard family was stationed at Camp Humphreys. For them, the war's toll was fairly lucky. Camp Humphreys held in spite of vampire attacks and largely played a role in air-based logistics and air support throughout the war. Their father was an AH-64 pilot during this. Their dad came-out of the war unscathed beyond a scar from tripping on concrete. With the war over and parents having found out, Cyrus was enrolled in one the Academy for the Empowered under the cover of shell schools that protected people's identities.

Brief Bio: Darius was relatively normal. Darius did well in mathematics. He was interested in both grid-iron football and association football. Due to circumstances related to living on bases for almost all of his life, a thorough understanding of the complexities of Zuni society was not had. Despite this, his life was fairly normal. He was fairly sociable, maintaining a fair number of acquaintances.

The war changed his outlook on life. With the general stress of expecting his dad to die in a helicopter crash or the vampires to breach the defenses, he developed a generally apathetic mindset. He was not quite as impassioned about various matters as he used to be. With an old stable of friends having gone different ways, he did not put in the same effort to make new ones. With parents having found-out about his powers, he too was sent to the station. With a different dorm, it was hoped that he would not have to explain that he was the one who did not wear collar shirts.

Brief Bio: Cooper Thompson was a relatively odd person. He was uninterested in his peers outside of American football, his pragmatism serving him well in football, something which shape-shifting helped with when particularly important players of rival teams needed to make themselves irrelevant. His dreams of wealth made him think that the Army and then college was his ticket. For that reason, he joined the Army to get the necessary funds for college without a football scholarship. During this time, he met Marcus. He completed his service, getting a honorable discharge. With a position of influence as a moderately successful lawyer, he got attention from Unit 684. When they found-out about his fairly specific wishes regarding the US and several other nations and organizations, they recruited him into the clandestine organization. There soon was a plan established to tap the recruiting pool that was the Academy for the Empowered. With a pair of glasses that can detect cameras acquired from a salesman with sealed-lips, the device was able to get through a security checkpoint.

With Unit 684's existence still largely unknown, no degrees in the field of education whatsoever and will not have to worry about the potential complications of having a person with teleportation powers sending things through the station, and a recommendation from Marcus, he was hired. With concealed powers of teleportation, it is to be hoped, Cooper will gain access to Lucky Strikes and potentially make a quick getaway from the station if necessary.

However, that is just a worst-case scenario for if the school administration discovers his affiliations and intentions. Currently, he is just seen a pyro teacher with one power who maintains a veneer of incompetence driven by forgetfulness. Due to the fact that recruitment sought is a long-term effort, he does not wish to compromise the mission and thus wants to keep nondescript.

Of course, the guards who knew about it are dead now and Taylor was not sent to a psychological evaluation. My current idea is that Taylor is basically not going to the cafeteria and that somebody will notice that. At that point, she would be sent to the infirmary for a psychiatric evaluation, talking with her before doing some structured interviews and tests and brain scans and sitting in class with her a few times. Basically, they would determine that, while she had a previously undiagnosed developmental disorder, there would be no signs of any disorders that could be reasonably said to have caused the problem and Taylor's case gets bumped down to Elizabeth to take care of.
