There is no upper limit to the number of characters so there is definitely room for more teachers.

Age:17
Nationality: American
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 160 lbs (choosing weight is hard. He's like tall and kinda thin but not in a skinny way just like leanly muscled)
Hair: strawberry blond and he puts a fair bit of gel in it to make it stick up a bit
Eyes: warm brown
Costume (if any): doesn't have one. It makes him stand out to much.
Abilities: telekinesis and can also make things grow or shrink and teleport objects
Dorm: Vigilante
Brief Bio: Matt actually led a pretty normal life. He was just a rich white kid who realized stealing stuff was way easier when you didn't even have to be in the store to do it. The more he stole, the cockier he got and because he's an idiot he worked up the nerve to steal from a mob boss. Needless to say he was caught and was about to have like eighty bullets in his brain when Amie swooped in to save the day. They then formed an alliance, doing jobs together that required stealing and/or killing and generally being bros. The main reason Matt came to the school was because there is no way in hell he's letting Amie going in a tin can floating through space by herself. Also space is cool.

Are superhero comics that are a thing in our universe a thing in their universe? Because if so Amie wears nothing but superhero tshirts. Favoring iron man, captain america, and deadpool. Just asking.

They are, as far as I'm aware.

Or at least that's what I infer from Batman being Caitlin's idol.

Like variations of the same power, just used different ways. Like telekinesis is just moving the object and the teleportation is moving it much quicker from one place to the next. It's still the same mechanism just a slightly different interpretation.

It is the number of effects that can be achieved by the powers that I am concerned with, not how many official powers he has. But what would the limits of his teleportation and telekinesis be, how powerful is he with them?

Well he has a range obviously. He wouldn't be able to affect something on Earth. But probably anything within like (I'm really not good with distance) a few hundred yards? And the further away it is the less able he is to affect it, like he may be able to make a pen write in beautiful calligraphy if it's a few feet away from him but if it's at the edge of his range he can really only pick it up and maybe wiggle it around a bit. Also with the teleportation he can only move things if there's already a way to get them. If he was in a steel box with no doors or windows he couldn't teleport anything to him because objects can't just go through walls. His range is also shorter by a few yards with the teleportation because it requires a little more effort.

I'd like to apply as a Villainous character after the timeskip but I'm still unsure about what characters who are Villains could do and what they can get away with. I'm also unsure of the current plot right now.

Well, their villainy would have more to do with their personality and the way they act rather than the things they do, in my opinion, since they're subjected to the same rules as any student (Common sense needed here :P).

As for the plot, I don't think there's much of one besides regular classes, but I'm sure that'll change soon. Maybe Mighty Asgard intends to introduce something in the timeskip post, I dunno.

I'm back, baby.

Name: Cyrus Hazard
Sex: male
Gender: male
Age: 16
Nationality: Zuni/American
Height: 5'6
Weight: 143
Hair: black
Eyes: black short-sleeved collar shirt, Elvex OVR-Spec II goggles, black baseball cap, surplus ERDL cargo pants, black shoes
Costume (if any): none (working on contracting somebody to make one for him)
Abilities: command translucency and transparency (read: can manipulate light so as to make himself and some matter of his choice transparent, but the process of sight generally mean that he just goes for translucency in the visible light spectrum for the eyes; can achieve full invisibility on all other modes of sight since he does not rely upon those and is not hindered), sound-dampening (able to suppress or even silence various sounds) "I think not, therefor they are not" (an shareable ability to non-lethally incapacitate people by knocking-people out cold for periods of time longer than five minutes without the slightest hint of lasting damage; also includes the complete inability to cause an overdose of tranquilizers)
Dorm: Hero
Brief Bio: Born six minutes ahead of his brother, Cyrus was an odd one. Generally esoteric, Cyrus entrenched in books on his parent's books on the ancient and classical world, knowing more of Cyrus II's history than the Zuni tribe's organization. Less than sociable, Cyrus's only real sociable activity was a casual participation in association football gridiron football. Cyrus was an overachiever, an above average gymnast; his small pranks often unnoticed as he took advantage of his powers of invisibility and sound-silencing to commit small pranks without notice.

When the vampires attacked, the Hazard family was stationed at Camp Humphreys. For them, the war's toll was fairly lucky. Camp Humphreys held in spite of vampire attacks and largely played a role in air-based logistics and air support throughout the war. Their father was an AH-64 pilot during this. Their dad came-out of the war unscathed beyond a scar from tripping on concrete. With the war over and parents having found out, Cyrus was enrolled in one the Academy for the Empowered under the cover of shell schools that protected people's identities.

Name: Darius Hazard
Sex: male
Gender: male
Age: 16
Nationality: Zuni/American
Height: 5'6
Weight: 129
Hair: black
Eyes: brown
Costume (if any): dark blue balaclava, dark blue cargo pants, black wind-jacket, blue shoes
Abilities: "Screw the laws of gravity; I make them" (the ability to manipulate gravity [definitely not writing the laws of gravity, just manipulating various objects], resulting in such things as being able to stand on ceilings, and the ability to make a laptop "float"; definitely not skilled enough to make somebody fall higher than several feet before unaltered gravity reasserts itself, also cannot be done under duress), "heal-thouself" (the limited ability to heal physical damage to a certain extent, limited by such factors as the extent of time necessary to heal various injuries, the ability to accidentally cause damage if done improperly [I.E. fixing a broken bone while it has not set or sewing veins too tightly to allow circulation]), "tele-electro" (able to control and generate electricity; secondary superpowers mean that he is immune to electricity generated by himself, but is still vulnerable to electricity that he did not generate)
Dorm: Vigilante
Brief Bio: Darius was relatively normal. Darius did well in mathematics. He was interested in both grid-iron football and association football. Due to circumstances related to living on bases for almost all of his life, a thorough understanding of the complexities of Zuni society was not had. Despite this, his life was fairly normal. He was fairly sociable, maintaining a fair number of acquaintances.

The war changed his outlook on life. With the general stress of expecting his dad to die in a helicopter crash or the vampires to breach the defenses, he developed a generally apathetic mindset. He was not quite as impassioned about various matters as he used to be. With an old stable of friends having gone different ways, he did not put in the same effort to make new ones. With parents having found-out about his powers, he too was sent to the station. With a different dorm, it was hoped that he would not have to explain that he was the one who did not wear collar shirts.

Name: Paul Cooper "Inferno" Thompson
Sex: male
Gender: male
Age: 30
Nationality: American
Height: 6'1
Weight: 157
Hair: brown
Eyes: blue
Costume (if any): business suit with light bullet-proof vest, three-hole balaclava, and PASGAT helmet
Abilities: telepyro (can create and control fire), teleportation
Devices: a pair of glasses that establishes a electrical current when cameras are observing the wearer
Subject: North American English Literature
Brief Bio: Cooper Thompson was a relatively odd person. He was uninterested in his peers outside of American football, his pragmatism serving him well in football, something which shape-shifting helped with when particularly important players of rival teams needed to make themselves irrelevant. His dreams of wealth made him think that the Army and then college was his ticket. For that reason, he joined the Army to get the necessary funds for college without a football scholarship. During this time, he met Marcus. He completed his service, getting a honorable discharge. With a position of influence as a moderately successful lawyer, he got attention from Unit 684. When they found-out about his fairly specific wishes regarding the US and several other nations and organizations, they recruited him into the clandestine organization. There soon was a plan established to tap the recruiting pool that was the Academy for the Empowered. With a pair of glasses that can detect cameras acquired from a salesman with sealed-lips, the device was able to get through a security checkpoint.

With Unit 684's existence still largely unknown, no degrees in the field of education whatsoever and will not have to worry about the potential complications of having a person with teleportation powers sending things through the station, and a recommendation from Marcus, he was hired. With concealed powers of teleportation, it is to be hoped, Cooper will gain access to Lucky Strikes and potentially make a quick getaway from the station if necessary.

However, that is just a worst-case scenario for if the school administration discovers his affiliations and intentions. Currently, he is just seen a pyro teacher with one power who maintains a veneer of incompetence driven by forgetfulness. Due to the fact that recruitment sought is a long-term effort, he does not wish to compromise the mission and thus wants to keep nondescript.

That sounds agreeable, update the app with that and I'll accept it.

Villains don't really get away with anything more than anyone else, and the school is rather authoritarian in watching the students. The current plot is that we've just finished with a subplot concerning Kershya´s character and now the main plot will begin to reveal itself in a flurry of madness and despair. There will also be pizza night in the cafeteria.

I feel as though the characters have powers that are slightly too numerous and diverse to be acceptable. And the part in the bio about Korea being perfectly safe during the war is not true, because of the way that the vampires fought which I can elaborate on if you want to.

The teacher character is very interesting, a mole could add something to the story.

Okay. The electricity thing was a reference to Ahaiyuta, twin gods of war in Zuni mythology, but that is beside the point and probably not the best idea anyway.

I guess that the I should work on that. I guess that I shall cut Cyrus's ability to control electricity. Now he is just a person who could walk into and out-of any situation. For Darius, I shall downgrade the "gravity manipulation" with a qualifier of "cannot be done while under stress" so as to basically ensure that it could not be used in anything serious.

As to the later, I will have to think about it since I had plans. My idea with him was that he needs the ability to get-off the station with two hostages (one being Sakura) if panicked. I am thinking that I might just justify it via a panic button summoning a teleporter to get him, Sakura, and another hostage.

As to the former, was Seoul attacked? If not, I shall edit that part to make the coziness refer to Seoul rather than South Korea. If not, I will have to come-up with something else to explain things.

With those changes, would you accept the apps?

One more question. Did any of the staff that survived know that they were recommending an psychological evaluation of Taylor? I got the impression that Dietrich and the other guards who knew died.

I have a plan with my next Leroy class, but the problem is is that it wouldn't make sense to happen too far in the future, because it has to be the first time that Nerain actually goes to Leroy's class.
Times are looking grim these days~
