So, apparently some of Kira's vision abilities will be kind of a normal thing if you want it to be at some point.

Now I want Kira to be able to take pictures with her vision ability...Ah well, Camicon had a character like that already, anyway.

Since I was browsing, I just discovered that, also in the blast radius were the Japan Meteorological Society and the headquarters of the Tokyo Fire Department. On the one hand, I discovered that the Tokyo Fire Department does have some preparations for HAZMAT fires and does have about twelve robots for fire fighting and fire rescue, but that is probably not going to help if so much leadership was lost in one instance.

So, in addition to the problem that is an agency that does a lot of work predicting natural disasters being heavily affected by the events, it is probable that the local fire department's response to the fire is also heavily disorganized. That is deeply problematic since the main threat posed by smaller nuclear weapons is not necessarily the blast; it is the fire complex that occurs. Due to this, it is probable that there will be no organized attempts at containing the fire or they will be initially haphazard. I am being generous since I am considering the Diet to have far enough away to suffer no immediate damage, even though they probably got enough people mad by leaving the Imperial Residence irradiated.

The fire complex is probably so large that, considering the huge loss of assets loosing their headquarters would have, the Tokyo Fire Department simply might not have the assets or the organization necessary to contain and fight the fire. In the chaos of that many leaders dying simultaneously, they simply might not be able to organize fire breaks and back burning necessary to fight such a fire complex. Considering that, it is probable that temporarily leaders would have to be brought in from other fire departments or specialized units, such as Vigili del Fuoco's NBCRs. Considering the probability that fire breaks would be needed for containment of such a large fire complex, it is probable that US Navy's Seabees from naval bases in Japan and JGSDF engineers, some luckily being in Camp Nerima, would handle the creation of a firebreak.

Also discovered recently, the JSDF does have CBRN defense assets in the form of the Central NBC Weapon Defense Unit and the NBC Countermeasure Medical Unit.

Hey everyone, I've been reading the IC for a few days now, and I was wondering if it's ok if I could join
also, I'm guessing that the curfew/lockdown is a bad moment to join, so if you would rather I wait a bit until joining that would be completely understandable.

He is the third of four siblings, he has two older half-brothers, Gregory (37) who is the active CEO of Spicer Security International since Mr Spicer is too old and Nathaniel (28) who had decided to join the military in the fight against the Vampires, he also has a younger sister Selena(10) who spends most of her day horse riding. He is usually quite reserved, and very calm, and avoids showing too much emotion, however he is not unpleasant as he greets everyone with a smile.

Archibald first discovered his powers when he was 9 years old, when he created a ball of light from the light emitting from his dying torchlight during a camping trip. His powers at this point seemed innocent and harmless however his father was quite xenophobic of superhumans and treated him badly and rarely let him leave the house. This went on until a few months into the war with the Vampires, Archibald's father stated how the superhumans ought to be imprisoned along with the Vampires, Gregory, Archibald's older brother, got angry at his father, stating how superhumans were saving Nathaniel's life out in the battlefield. The argument was getting more and more heated until Archibald's patience ran out, and he brought a beam of concentrated light down on the table, burning a hole right where his hand had landed. It was now obvious that his powers weren't as harmless as originally thought, and so for his own sake, he was to be sent to Super Hero High once the war was over.

Likes: Painting, wide variety of music, fine cuisine, peppermint tea, has an interest for business economics and history.
Dislikes: His father, casual clothing ( for himself, he doesn't care what others wear ), sports, over emotional types and certain holidays.

Brief Bio: Born in Oklahoma, John Walker was raised by his uncle, who was an ex-US marine. While teaching the younger Walker to be a good person, Walker learned some very effective MMA on the side from his uncle. Of course, he didn't see the point in this combat training until one day, when he was in the second grade, Walker was cornered by bullies. They attacked him, but they hadn't expected him to fight back, much less kick their asses.

Because of the brutality of his retaliation, Walker was expelled from school. Well, a week later, after a particularly brutal sparring session with his uncle, Walker let his anger fuel his body as he tried to best his tutor. What happened was very unexpected: Walker had stomped his foot, yelling, and a wave of stone erupted from the ground and shot toward his uncle. His uncle rolled to the side, barely evading the jagged wall of rock. Seeing his charge trembling from the exertion, tears streaming down his face as he stared in horror and awe at what he had done, Walker's uncle decided right then that he would personally train Walker in controlling his new-found power until the day he died.

That day had come when the vampires had attacked.

Walker was one of the few who had the courage to stand against them, and after they were defeated, he was inducted into the Academy for the Empowered, aka Super Hero High. He has stayed there ever since.
