I think that's part of the issue is that it is put in plain text. the brackets in the link throw off the forum's html mark up. If you copy and paste the link text it works but putting it on the forum as a link is a bit more complicated.

Christ, why is it that every time I'm busy with the distasteful distractions of reality for four or five days and stop checking this forum is when shit starts happening? I know I can only accuse and place blame upon myself for such things but the facts don't make it hurt any less.

[Less then recent events, bla bla bla go here] Finally culminating with the Valkyries most recent mission, Cape Town. Allison and Charlotte are currently working anti espionage on the ground while the others pilot their Valk's against Proetus. The battle has only just begun so there is plenty of time to get yourself acquainted with the setting and take your place.

Note- Cape Town is the former home of Pilot William

I know I sort of unofficially left this a looong time ago, but on a whim and because I feel slightly guilty for abandoning/forgetting about this, I think I may rejoin this. What did you do with Jack, or did you just forget about him like the characters of the other people who left? Also, what's happened in the long time between then and now?

Jack was transferred/rotated out of the base to another base.

Allison came back alive after the Warsaw mission and Charlotte came back from Singapore and is back in the saddle again.

Lot of new recruits and such, and there was a beach trip.

If you want, I can work you into this mission or you can wait until the next mission to come in.

Damn everything. I had a long ass post typed up. And was on the last sentence when my dorms tornado alarm went off and I had to leave my room. I comeback and end up losing the entire post.
