Well first they'll castrate the men,then put their fetuses in the women to see what happens. Then they'll kill everyone. Of course the EDF does have Railgun defense turrets.

Name: John Dallas
Aliases: Drakoblare
Side (Hero,Villian,Anti-whatever) Doesnt care and hates labels. He is not evil, but he likes power. In other words, whatever you guys need.
Sex: Male
Age: 23
Appearance:

Personality: He is a normal guy, likes to talk and have fun but when it comes down to his enemies he prefers to have a serious, batman like style, in order to make them fear him and respect him.
History:

He grew up as a regular boy in a regular family. He went to school and did the things all the other kids did. 1 day however, when he was 20 he had an accident with his bike. He was in a comma for 2 months and his parents were sure that he would not make it, but he recovered. The doctors said that he fell off his bike and passed out he however remembered things differently. He was riding his bike as usual but something odd happened that day. A bright, light blue light appeared in the sky and kept getting closer till he couldnt see anything. Next thing he could remember was him at the hospital. When he told that to the doctors they responded that it was his mind playing tricks on him but he knew that was a lie. The following days kept on normal and when he recovered he went back to school. In the following days he would discover that he was no longer normal, he would break pencils just by touching them and he felt like he was floating while sleeping. 1 day, while coming back from University a man assaulted him and demanded that he handed over his money. That was when John's life changed for ever, cause when the robber tried to stab him, John managed to avoid the knife and fight back, killing the man. Without even realising what happened he started crying as he saw the cold dead body in front of him. While touching the body to make sure if he was dead, a light blue beam came out of John's hand, shuttering the road and burning the man's flesh, only lefting his bones behind. Luckily, no one was around and the police did not find anything. After that day John spent every minute of his life trainning and trying to control his power. Nothing similliar ever happened but he knew there was no turning back. He decided to create a costume and leave his house without informing neither his friend, nor famliy... for their own sake

Powers:

Energy Blasts (8)
Super Strength (5)
Teleportation (5)
Self-Sustenance (4)
Tracking (4)
Flight (3) no wings

Drawbacks: If he takes a lot of damage and gets exhausted he cant use blasts. Otherwise his blasts are one of the strongest
Other: He does not use Energy Blasts the old fashioned way. He sometimes uses them to push people away. He can also use multiple blasts at once. The blasts are so powerful that he can make the enemies's heads explode, but only on mortals. He uses a great mix of Tracking and Teleportation, teleporting to anyone he wants and KOing him with his super strength. He sometimes wants to relax and flies to space or other planets.
I would give more info on what happened during this past 3 years but I dont know what has been going on in the IC. Do you guys have any ideas?

Yeah, really. I had the urge to create an awesome necromancer ages ago. And I did, in another RP. I reused him several times, including in the original version of this thread by some antartic-thingy guy.
I even created a Dresden Files RP but hardly anyone joined. I still have it in my sig, though.
Also, I got a Swedish guy who's basically the Winter Knight, that I sometimes use, too.
The best RP that he got used in ended up resembling Rosario + Vampire a bit. Because Tran and Nachfolgia had their characters squabble over mine.
Everyone choose to ask me about making vampires, and so all ended up choosing White Court Vampires. Trans being one of them, and Stattr another. Also, Nachfolgia did a succubus. Tran somewhat used my character as a power-up before going into a duel with Nachfolgia's character.
