Drawbacks: He is really lackluster at fighting without his powers, and he relies on them completely to do any damage.
Other: Nope.
RP sample I already have a first character so I don't think this is completely nessacary.

Galnius, Machi attacked Napalm you know... :p
"The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I'm saying? We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did."—former Nixon domestic policy chief John Ehrlichman

Cryptonius wrote:Name: Grant Weaver
Aliases: Thermal Dynamic
Side (Hero,Villian,Anti-whatever): Anti-villain, for the most part.
Sex: Male
Age: 28
Appearance: I cannot produce an image immediately because of the device I'm using, but I'll have one up by at least Tuesday. (I hope.)
Personality: Grant is very self-centered, but not the the point of sociopathy. He enjoys being on the negative side of the spectrum of good and evil, though he has absolutely no desire to truly harm his opposition. Mostly, he uses his powers to simply stir up problems for those he considers his opponents simply to prove to himself that he has just as much power as them. Those fighting to do good simply wound up being antagonists in his mind, more so than the villains of the city. He still cares very little for other villains, but he does not think of them as real threats to himself. Despite the fact that he will make it clear that he could easily hurt whoever he might like to, he rarely has, and even more rarely has it been intentional. Because of the effect that his emotions have on his powers, he must be at least in a decent mood to effectively commit any sort of crime. As he is more likely to lash out while angry, the natural effect this mood has on his abilities will hinder his ability to cause any sort of harm, which has trained Grant to be cautious with his emotions.
History: At a very young age, Grant was adopted by a single mother. He knows very little about his past before then, and really does not care about it. While his mother was still alive, he was quite attached to her, and she was one of the few people he respected. In his school, it was rare for him to interact with anyone else, except to instigate conflict for his own amusement. Though he was never the top of any of his classes, he convinced himself that he was better than his peers, and became extremely envious if anyone else's work was recognized rather than his own. Never did he raise a hand to harm any other person, having been long taught not to physically hurt others by his one parent, but his words were often harsh and landed him with more than enough reprimands, both from his mother and teachers. The latter hardly effected him at all, and the former often ended with him being reassured that he was just as good as his classmates, thus allowing the behavior to continue. Many of his friends were short-lived, and only kept by Grant to confirm his own worth.

By the time he was a freshman in high school, Grant found himself experiencing odd phenomena. He would notice the heat in the room being higher than normal, despite the thermostat's claims. At times when he did not feel like standing to pick up one of his books, it would simply jump over to him. However, this would only happen when he was joyful or at the very least complacent, and he could hardly ever control just when it would occur. This continued through the rest of his years of receiving an education.

Around the time he was twenty two, his mother died unexpectedly, which was a huge blow to Grant's self-confidence. Just out of college, Grant found himself living in a Eudaimonium apartment, and for while he mourned over his loss while trying to get on with his life. Throughout this time, the phenomena completely disappeared. It took a while, but eventually he had gotten to the point where he could be properly happy once more, as well as having a good portion of his self-confidence, and the power he had experienced before come back to him. This time though, Grant found himself slowly being able to make himself perform acts of telepathy, as well as temperature manipulation. Having seen the power held by many of the heroes around what was now his home city, Grant took great pleasure in the realization that he could match what he had considered his superiors. He began to push these abilities to their limit. He went from being able to lift a pencil, and effectively write with it, to lobbing fair sized rocks decent distances across a field, to being able to move a small car about half a foot before dropping it. At the same time, he began exploring to what degree he could change the temperature, and to what radius around himself he could alter the temperature. He soon found that the two were, in fact, not necessarily proportional to each other. As he pushed his powers, he made his way further, and further away from comfortable temperatures, to the point where in his created temperature atmospheres could boil or freeze water, yet Grant was never really effected by either. The radius went from a mere foot to several yards as years went by. Soon enough, he felt he was ready to begin publicly using abilities.

Much of his endeavors involve simple property theft, mainly through either very subtle use of his telepathy on the wallets of pedestrians to prove to himself that he is capable of doing so, or stirring up chaos inside various buildings combined with theft. Many of the things that he takes wind up back in the location where he took them after a day or two, sometimes even with a note declaring himself to be better than its original owner. He does at times throw objects near people for the sake of intimidation, but he rarely ever intentionally hurts anyone.
Powers: Psychokinesis (6), Thermokinesis (8), Heat Resistance (2), Cold Resistance (3), Cross-dimensional awareness (2),
Drawbacks: Suffers from a sense of empathy and sympathy for other people, and has no desire to kill even if it would further his interests. Has a fixation on organization, and making plans work exactly as he wants them. Negative emotions such as anger, loneliness, or despair cause his powers to weaken.
Other: Came up with his only alias himself. Dismissed it as childish almost immediately, and swore never to try thinking up any other alias, preferring simply to be called Grant. He hopes that the name does not catch on now that he has put it out in public.

His preferred temperature is 78 degrees fahrenheit, which he will alter a very limited radius around himself to be this temperature at all times. This change can be felt if one moves too close to him.

Grant has aspirations to evaporate much of the the water source of Eudaimonium. So far, he has held off for fear of causing deaths by dehydration within the city.
RP sample: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=242211&p=14593168&sid=88f8ae4f5f801c2dda19f890f813b813#p14593168

I might make another character, just because I can.
Another villain, naturally. And a powerful necromancers-shapeshifter to boot.

Name: Heinrich Kemmler
Aliases: The Lord of Death
Side (Hero,Villian,Anti-whatever): Villain
Sex: Male
Age: 403 (Doesn't look it, obviously)
Appearance: This. Or this.
Image

Personality: See bio; obviously evil, psychotic, scheming, murderous, manipulative and generally sinister.
History: Born in 1610, in Heidelberg. Heinrich belonged to a relatively wealthy noble family in the Holy Roman Empire. He proved from an early age, an interest in the occult and the supernatural, often spending large amounts of time in Heidelberg library- and studying many of the occult texts therein, and at sites of mystical power around Heidelberg. Heinrich took an interest in the more military aspects of things too, as he was born a little before time the 30 Years' War began. That was a conflict that engulfed much of Europe, and dragged his attention to such things so that he became quite proficient with gun and blade. Often with an avid interest in women, which could sometimes be seen as a weakness. He proved to be skilled in political manoeuvring, sometimes dealing skilfully with potential threats from other noble houses. He always showed a sinister side, and it was he who was responsible for certain nasty murders and macabre rituals committed in that city; a trait of his that would mark events both major and seemingly unimportant in the centuries to come.

Heinrich later moved from place to place, with his skills in necromancy he had reason to profit from conflict, with the supply of potential servants that it offered. He may have orchestrated plenty of conflicts across the world in his time, including both world wars, during which he may have appeared and been known as important individuals in such wars, and some of the more infamous and sadistic murderers through the early 1600s to modern day may have been him. So far, he has died at least seven times, fortunately for him, none of the myriad array of adversaries of the mortal or supernatural kind he has encountered and faced over the years has managed to kill him on a Halloween, and indeed, most are unaware of that weakness; regarding the date that he can permanently die. Still, dying is unpleasant for him nonetheless, and it helps his sanity little, and increased his hatred for whatever caused his evidently temporary demise, tenfold. The latest three of those deaths were in the 1890's, again in the conclusion of WW2 and more recently in 1961. He has encountered a wide range of supernatural creatures and beings, and has travelled to a wide range of locations of supernatural import over his lifetime. Some rumours suggest that he may have been known amongst the Nazis as Heinrich Himmler, and the evidence for such a theory definitely isn't scarce.

He often changed political allegiance; even though he was heavily behind the Nazis, he was also involved in numerous post war terrorist organisations in West Germany like the Red Army Faction. Also, the IRA, Euskadi Ta Askatasuna, Batasuna, GRAPO, Rewolucyjni Mściciele, BBET, Shining Path, EPP, FARC–EP, Al-Qaeda, LRA, and other organizations that often used violent tactics to get their goals, thus resulting in strife and death, the cause of which was Kemmler's intent. Groups of organised crime, like Mafia in various countries, also had connections to him. As did shady paramilitary organisations like Georgia's(the country) Mkhedrioni. Over the years, Heinrich has influenced the world greatly, and there are several large and secretive organisations that worship him and his acolytes. He wrote, and self published, the book The Word of Heinrich Kemmler among other magical texts including The Blood of Kemmler, The Mind of Kemmler, and The Heart of Kemmler. In The Word of Kemmler he spelled out the recipe for the Darkhallow, and thus, the few copies of it that exist are highly sought after. After all, it is a key to great power for necromancers, and many of those sorts are power-hungry. Other than him, and an advisor spirit of his that helped him figure out how to initiate a Darkhallow in the first place, that is the only way to gain access to knowledge of the ritual.

Kemmler practices what he called 'true magic' in which magic is used to control life and death. His main focus was necromancy, for which Kemmler had several people; acolytes who followed in his footsteps and practices the darker arts. The most notable of those include Corpsetaker, Grevane, and Kumori. Kemmler is renowned in the supernatural community, and has been deemed such a risk that entire organisations dedicated to destroying people such as him, hunt him in order to carry out their judgement. Heinrich now seeks further ways to add to his power and effect world events in ways large and small.
Powers: Resurrection(10), Death Force Manipulation (8), Darkforce manipulation(10) teleportation (5), Bullet Time (5), Agility (4), Intelligence (3), Drain (8), Shapeshifting (5).
Drawbacks: Is mortal on Halloween (+8), insane (+8), weak to life energy (+6), something hidden in the bio (+6). :p
Other: Dunno.
RP sample Lol no.

Another villain, naturally. And a powerful necromancers-shapeshifter to boot.

Name: Heinrich Kemmler
Aliases: The Lord of Death
Side (Hero,Villian,Anti-whatever): Villain
Sex: Male
Age: 403 (Doesn't look it, obviously)
Appearance: This. Or this.
