Personality: Arturo is a polite person, though he tends to be a bit distant at times.
History: Arturo was brilliant through his life. He was a world class engineer, one of the best that ever lived. Still, he longed for more. He wanted to use his power to help people. So, he put his intelligence and skill to use. He built a mechanized body. Slowly, he replaced his own body parts with mechanical parts until all that was left was his brain, preserved inside his helmet. Once he finished replacing his body parts, he began to use his new form to fight crime.
Powers: Durability (4), Endurance (4), Intelligence (3), intuitive aptitude (5), Jump (4), Self-Sustenance (4), Super Strength (5)
Drawbacks: He has a radioactive core, which is very well protected but if his correctly would have...explosive results.
Other: He can transform into vehicles, and that is his main method of getting around. He also has a number of on-board weapons, including machine guns and missiles.

Arturo drove into the town of Eudaimonium disguised as a pickup truck. It was difficult for him to make it appear as though someone was driving the car, so instead he had tinted windows. It wasn't like he actually saw out of them anyways, so it didn't matter. As long as he wasn't pulled over by the cops and nobody looked to closely, nothing would appear out of place about Arturo. That was exactly the way he liked it. His body wasn't the most amazing to look at, and people had a tendency to run in fear whenever they saw him. It was unfortunate, but he dealt with it. It had been a long time since he had really even spoken to someone, but that was a sacrifice Arturo was willing to make. He knew what he was getting into when he decided to go off fighting crime, and there wasn't anything he could do about it now.

Ya know, I never actually filled out Shade and Scarecrow's powers. I shall do that now.

Scarecrow

Powers:
Enhanced phyique (6) Alex has spent the last 5 years of his life getting into shape. His already large frame of 5'10 has 190 pounds of well built muscle.
Martial arts (5) While The Scarecrow relies heavily on fear, he can take almost anyone in a hand to hand fight. He has practiced boxing, kung fu, tai kwan do, jujitsu, and other physical arts.
Fear and intimidation (10) This is the big one. Firstly Scarecrow's looks and voice strike fear into the hearts of criminals, and his reputation in the US comforts the good. He uses his shock spray to horrify and subdue bad guys, while rarely using enough to drive them insane. He has much trouble restraining himself, and will usually scare crooks senseless and beat them into a pulp before stopping, leaving him with a somewhat bad rep with the police. However, he doesn't always need it, as his action alone are frightening to even the most powerful supervillian.
Marksmenship (5) Scarecrow knows he can't always use his hands to win a fight, so he carrys around an M4, a Glock 18 and various grenades and gadgets, lethal and non-lethal supplied by Shade. He is very skilled in the use of each, matched only by special forces. He also is trained in the arts of wielding blades
Intelligence (4) While he might seem like a madman and a brute, he is very wise. He is skilled in forensics, problem-solving, phychology, math and other sciences. When outgunned, he can find a way to win a fight using his cunning.
Willpower and fearlessness (5) Scarecrow will stop at nothing to defeat his foes. He rebelled against the thugs and crooks who polluted his neighborhood, snapping and killing several thugs who demanded cash from him when he was 22. While he has repented for his crime, his fearfulness all but died that night. Even in the face of certain death, Scarecrow continues his fight for justice and to protect his allies. Even what might be mistaken for fear from him is simply survival instincts. He will willingly put himself in dangerous situations so others can stay out of the way. He does not fear death: he laughs in its face.
Drawbacks:
Lust for fear and violence (-2) Scarecrow could easily be a villian, and the only thing stopping him is his hate for crooks and empathy for those who suffered like he did. At random times his desire to strike fear deep into hearts becomes unbearable, so he struggles emotionally with his sick desires. He constantly battles with his wishes to go above the law and severly hurt criminals.
Merely human (-3) Scarecrow might be a force, but he is only human. His emotions, lack of strength compared to robots or superhumans and desires can hinder him, but never stop him.

Shade

Powers:
Wealth of equipment (13) Coming from a rich millitary armorment family, she can afford the best millitary equipment the US Army has to offer. She is only 5'5 130 pounds, so her suit has nanofiber under it, so she can take more damage than the biggest heavyweight boxers can. She is armed with an experimental handgun, various lethal and non-lethal explosives, a cloaking device, a grappling hook, a wrist-mounted supercomputer and so one.
Physical training (6) Most women her size would get decimated in a fight against trained terrorist men, but Shade was taught to fight since an early age. She knows many similar martial arts that Scarecrow knows, and can hold a fight with anyone up to a superhuman. She is far more flexible than Scarecrow.
Fighting smarts (7) Shade lacks the more cultured and refined intelligence of Scarecrow, but knows how to get out of a jam in a fight easily. If outgunned, she can outsmart most opponents.
Mechanical skills (8) Shade knows how to work most machinery, and I think it's obvious why...
Drawbacks:
Cynicism (-1) Shade rarely trusts anyone other than Scarecrow, and has general lack of faith in people. She tries her best to hid it, but sometimes it can come back to haunt her.
Merely human (-3) See Scarecrow.

Wow, I didn't even notice that while making him, but he does seem really similar to both of them.
