Selina was pissed at him and Raven was elsewhere too.

Walking up he said "Follow me, behind the building." He lead Shunal into the same shack he had gone in with Cyiethtsu and Aldon, and quickly pulled up the trap door. He walked into the dank room and lit the candles, then sat down, waiting for Shunal to do the same.

Krom walked along into an empty room near the gym used for training. There he looked at his book and pulled out a razor. "Alright now to see if this will work." Slicing his arm on the outside with the razor, he controlled his blood to flow out and form a small tanto blade. "Woah this is cool! Now I wonder if I can do combos with blades and pumping up my abilities" he said as he slashed at the air
