Stephen luckily had woke up, had a quick shower and brushed his hair. Soon he got dressed into his clothes and decided since the windows were none existant in the bedrooms, to practice with his spring knife, which he fired off his wrist against the wooden wall. Then Katri's words reminded him they were going to arrive in the Capitol. Oh wait they were in the capital right now. So Stephen fixed his spring knife back onto his wrist, where it was hidden by his sleeve . Pretty quickly the peacekeepers forced him walk over to Katri which he did.

Time to wait it out.

Billy's jaw dropped as he saw the sheer hugeness of the Capital. Buildings ten times taller than anything Billy could have ever imagined. Millions of people, but instead of the dreery, starving people of District 12 they were tall healthy people. Beautiful, dressed in the latest fashions and best of all they were clean and good-smelling, not like Billy or many others from district 12. He looked over at Jordyn and saw that she felt the same amazement that he did.

As he and Jordyn were escorted through the Capital his amazement started to turn into anger. Why should the Capital get to live so prosperous and happily while the people in District 12 suffer and try to get by day to day life? It just didn't seem fair to Billy.

Finally he made it to his station where he met a Capital woman named Glorius. She looked like some sort of hybrid between a human, a cheetah and a lizard. She got Billy all dressed and cleaned up into his training uniform. He had never felt so clean in his life. It was like every speck of dirt had been sucked off of his body. He almost forgot that he would probably die in a few days time.

As Stephen arrived, she turned around and whispered "looking good there", as she smiled as the train arrived at the station and they got off, in front of the crowds of people who were stupidly dressed like rest of the people in the capitol, atleast that's what she thought. She turned around and said "they look weird, dont they" to Stephen.

"Yes we are here."

Aurelia slipped on her heels and stood up, she was now a few inches taller then Ted. She walked to the door with Ted and intertwined her left arm with his right.

"Walk slowly. Don't smile. Don't wave. Look straight ahead. Left foot first. We are sophisticated despite being from outside of the capital."

Their mentor was standing in front of them. Their stylist behind them. When the door open they followed them out. Flashes of light constantly going off. Despite the awe giving presence the capital gave off Aurelia refused to let it effect her. There would be time for that later on away from the cameras.

"DISTRICT 5! SUPPORT THE MOVING FORCE BEHIND PANEM!"

Aurelia heard the yell from another tribute, but she keep her composure. It sounds like those repeated from district five are a little full of themselves.

Once they entered the building she dropped her arm from Ted's, sure they were out of sight.

"Well that went well. Time to change... again... and get ready for the parade."

"This way children!"

The stylist quickly Shepard them through the lobby and a hallway until they reached a costume/makeup room.

While we were walking through the crowds and after hearing the district five tributes shout I whispered to Aurelia "Those district 5 tributes are too proud of themselves innit? So after we go in the building where to next?"

Stephen replied quietly"yes they really overdress",before saying"Katri, you look great", Stephen decided to stop gazing at Katri and to look ahead at the people, who resembled peacocks, with all the colourful feathers they wore. Soon Stephen looked around the Capitol, it was marvellous with all the tall glass buildings and colour.

"Thanks", she replied as she continued to wave at the people gathered who got uglier more she looked at them. Massive, unnecessary dresses, the glitter and over make up. She quietly whispered, "its almost as if they are overcompensating for something", however continued to smile at the people, who were potentially her sponsors.

Stephen remembered they needed sponsors, so he smiled at the people who began to look more and more monstrous with every step. Something told him he should have not volunteered, as this was proving to be very bad for him. Gradually it dawned on Stephen, that this was a sick modern version of the Romans and the tributes were gladiators.

Jordyn was escorted immediately to the prep team after she got into the capital. Jordyn was frustrated with them scrubbing her down, waxing, and them making side comments about how dirty she was, while she was thinking about saying what she thought about them. Finally the prep team finished and Jordyn dressed into her training outfit.

Frank just sat and tried not to think about the future. He felt numb, still thinking that he would wake up and it would just be a dream. He had never thought that he would be chosen. He didn't fear death, but he didn't want to leave his family behind. He knew that he would probably die in the next week, but he felt no fear, or for that matter, anything at all. He stared blankly at the wall and tried not to think.

John walked to the place he would be preped. the capital was not as impressive as he thought. But he waved and made himself as appealing as he could which was not hard and he was sure he had already won over at least 1 sponsor

after he was cleaned and changed into his training suit he thought about the 50th hunger games. it was brutal, 48 tributes went in and
Haymitch Abernathy came out. And so he again thought about strategy

Completely forgetting the situation she was in, she had, as she had practiced, begun waving to the crowd that had gathered outside the terminal to await the arrival of the tributes. Of course, she didn't actually think much of it. She was too busy marvelling at the people, the sights, taking it all in and trying not to be overwhelmed. "I want to live here..." She said under her breath.

As they moved to their stations, Felicia continued to gape in awe at the whole scale and magnitude of the capitol, until the got into the first of the buildings, where she awaited her prep team with her super talkative fellow tribute. She said waiting, arms crossed, staring away from Cassus, trying not to look at him. Instead, she shut her eyes, imagining herself in the capitol, socializing with everyone, taking bets on this year's Hunger Games...

"Dont we all, don't we all..." Cassus muttered in agreement. He hated the Capitol, but it would be better to live in than the Districts. Even if it did provide entertainment through mass slaughters.

Still, he knew it was entertaining to watch but only once those from your own District had been killed or the initial bloodbath. Hopefully that he'd watched the Games would help him. He already had a strategy to win, or at least avoid dying in the first day. But first, prep awaited.

Frank looked around at the strange, almost alien scene. He had never imagined how artificial the capital was, not a blade of grass in sight. He was at the same time amazed and disgusted, knowing that everything in sight was paid for with the blood of the people. Frank didn't really care about anything, but knowing that he would need sponcerors, smiled and waved at the massive crowd. He turned to Emily and suggested that she should join in with the waving.

Alex, who had been silent on the train, just looking out the window, was quite simply amazed at the Capitol. It was huge, sprawling, even, and so pretty...

"This is what they live in? Compared to our damn huts? That seems perfectly fair," he muttered sarcastically, already hating the beautiful city. He scratched his tanned arm, fingernails recently clipped scraping against his skin. When he was nervous, he scratched. Alex wondered about the people here, and how ignorant they must be, to watch children be slaughtered. He wondered what persona would suit him in the coming days.

Silent, glaring killer, he decided quickly. He would be scary, intimidating even. To both his fellow tributes and the Capitol's pampered dolls.

"I...mostly spend my time reading, talking with my friends, or just thinking really." I look around, kind of suprised. "You'd think our stylists would have arrived by now?"

Just then, I hear what must be a horde of people entering our room. I then encounter both of our stylists.

"Well, welcome to the Capitol, and happy 52nd Hunger Games! My name is Cicero, and this is my partner Ravenna. We will be your stylists for this game, and it is our job to make you looks stunning! Now, sorry, but we must break up this conversation. Off to your rooms!" I do a mock sigh, and turn to Kyra as they pull us away. "Good luck, and stay alive back there!" I break it off with a smile as my team shut the door to my room.
