Basic Bio: Not much is known about Tobius until his military career, thanks to IATO. It is known that he was born on January 29, 1987, but where he was born is unknown, other than it being from somewhere in the vast reaches of Russia. It is also known, that he was born to Nikoli Broutavich and Karline Broutavich, who, together, invented the first ever nuclear bomb to be put into commission by the Russian government. He goes unnoticed until the age of 18 when his name appears on the Broutavich family account withdrawing its entirety, his parents had only just been killed by disease, and buying a ticket to America. There he went to college at Texas A&M University, meaning to get his PhD in Law, only to drop out after 4 years and join the army. He rose through the ranks quickly, taking several bullets along the way, only to be rewarded by watching his squad be killed in a hail of bullets. After that incident, he was recruited by the IATO, to be one of their up most revered experts on weapons and their usage.
