Here's what I think the gang will look like once civil war breaks out:

Derek:
Has the majority of old timers and some new guys on his side.

Zack:
Has the majority of newbies and very few old timers.

The Estonian:
Has the majority of Eastern Europeans on his side, plus a small majority of newbies.

Zack is the leader of the Brootz after he fought his way through the trial by combat. The Brootz will respect that and most will probably follow their leader. If you want to have the majority Lewina the only way is for you to be the leader, and that will only happen if you best Zack in one-on-one combat.

Hi everyone, sorry I've been gone for so long, had two exams today and more coming up. I'm a bit lost as to what exactly is happening at the moment, so if any of you have any specific complaints of godmod, metagaming etc let me know and I'll try to sort it out. • Appearance (picture or description) Dark brown eyes, Pale white skin, long black hair, 5'0, 150 pounds, stocky, large nose ears and mouth, long tongue, crooked and overall dilapidated teeth.

• Background Jack grew up rather terribly and his development was terribly impaired because of it. His father was a serial killer/rapist who had a penchant for women and girls(usually rather young), His mother was one of his fathers victims. Until he was 7 he was basically his fathers lackey and was used to dispose of his fathers messes(dead bodies). When he did something his father did not like he was brutally punished(feet placed in boiling water, beatings, cutting, etc). Jack endured this for years and has been scarred by it, it was a major influence on him and strengthened his ideas. His internal strength saved him though those years. Andrew was taken from his father once they found him out and the dozens of murders he had committed(they also freed a few young girls which he had prisoner). Andrew has been hopped around from foster care and to uncaring family members for a long time until he was around 9 when he was put with his Grand mama who is slightly delusional. She has shown him some kindness and bakes him cookies and such but she was not able to protect him from the kids at school who constantly tried to undermine him. Jack Was actually surprisingly able to protect himself, he was far stronger than what his physical appearance indicated his sick and shattered mind and personality attracted some and they converged around him. He demanded complete and undivided loyalty from his followers, he had no interest in friends instead he wanted brothers. Before long in elementary school he had a small following of boys heiling and marching for him, like little Nazis as they were described. Disloyalty of any sort would be punished harshly and rather cruelly, but this never happened for his followers were too loyal. His operations were pretty much outside of school so his followers derived from many schools, they numbered a total of 200 at their height. One day his grandma moved to a new city and he has had to start over from scratch at a new school. Things are a little slow but he plans on one day becoming just as powerful as he used too, the presence of 2 very dangerous and large gangs complicates this but never the less he still has dreams. He has allied with the "The Brootz" in order to get some safe from at least one of the gangs. His goal is for power, and lots of it, the guys who follow him are your societies rejects, maniacs, zeros, the unwanted, the beaten, the broken, the damned, and the unloved, the hated, and such and such these are the people that converge around him and love him and who he speaks to and brings to his sphere. Just like back at home unlike other gangs who like knives and bats and such his guys either use their fists or preferably their favorite weapon, The sling. Just like the classic shepards sling with this simple and easy to use implement they usually just fling rocks and small darts at people but they have been known to fling Incendiaries and Grenadoes(usually just clay pots filled gunpowder topped with a fuse). This weapon is feared by many for it allows them a simple ranged weapon that is easily concealed, from a distance just looks like a piece of rope, is simple to make and maintain, easy to use, and allows them to pack a very deadly arsenal.

Surrounding communities. Seriously, have you even see the Euro lately? My RL Estonian friends are planning to immigrate to 'murica. It's that bad.

Just because you have a few friends who are going to immigrate to America doesn't mean there's going to be 100 Eastern Europeans in the surrounding areas. And you forget hat even if there were, it takes a while to become a full citizen and they wouldn't dare join a gang. I don't believe people would join a random gang within 20 minutes just because you posted I was going to kill Zack without ANY evidence. In fact, the people in the surrounding towns wouldn't care if he was actually planning to kill him because they are not in the gang.

Thing is, Jaakob's trying to grab the leadership of the Brootz by using an unconventional method. Also, surrounding area's poor as hell, and Jaakob's recruiting established citizens around his age or younger. We're talking about schools near by that are just as bad as North Hill, or even worse.
