Indeed. And Reika's dark side from Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun, too. Said individual is the heir to a big corporation, and a succubus.
Reika's normal side is mainly just a tsundere, with minor yandere elements.

And then to talk about a more complex combo of tsundere and yandere, there's Senjougahara from Bakemonogatari. Very much so. TVTropes shows a good example of her:

Hitagi Senjougahara from Bakemonogatari nearly stabs Koyomi Araragi in the eye with a pen after he so much as talks about another female using her first name without an honorific, and asks him, with a murderous aura surrounding her, if there was anything between them.. And only stops once he screams, "Stop it! There's nothing guilty about it! I didn't mean it like I knew her well! I'm only devoted to you, Senjougahara!" Afterwards, when he comments that she'll kill someone, she promises that he will be her first and only victim. Unless someone else kills him, in which case, she'll kill his killer. She then goes on to say how romantic it is because then he would truly belong to her and she would be able to be near him while he's on his death bed. This is made even worse when when you realize that Hitagi knows that Suruga isn't oriented towards Koyomi, so the chances that anything happened between them are very small.

Although in this case it isn't clear how much of Senjougahara's actions are meant to be taken seriously. She uses the same tone of voice when asking Koyomi to "Say Ahhhhh!" as she does when threatening his life. She is a Deadpan Snarker with a penchant for Black Comedy after all. She is capable of violence and extreme action though she seems to have his best interests at heart. Shown best when she knocks him out, kidnaps him and handcuffs him with six pairs of handcuffs in an abandoned building in a misguided attempt to protect him.

Also, Kaede Fuyou from Shuffle is secretly one too, with a dark past that she and the main character try not to talk about.

Lucy/Nyu has some elements there. I mean, she killed the main character's sister because she was jealous of them being together. Not to mention his father, and an entire festival's worth of people. And a train's worth.

Similar to Shiro from Deadman Wonderland, whose psycho nicknamed "Wretched Egg" alter ego slaughtered the main character's entire class in front of him. Because of jealousy.

Also, you know that first character of mine, the slightly rehashed Grimmjow? Well, it may as well be him, since keeping up a pretence like that is a bit silly. So I'm saying he's basically the sixth Espada in name, too.
Since the Espada are Arrancars, and Arrancars are Hollows with Soul Reaper powers, he's therefore a spirit, and normal humans with no sensitivity to that stuff, can't see him.
So he might be similar to Hanyuu, in that respect. As will Yoruichi. Though you could get past that by either one having a gigai/artificial body.
