@Aden there is a serious flaw with your character. There is no way in hell you're Character is 11 and his father was president of the UAE this is 30 years after the collapse of society

The UAE did not collapse and they still conducted diplomacy with the US after the Major Wave of the plague stopped.
While him and his father were conducting Diplomacy the plague started up for a brief moment and his father fled.

No, his father would have been Sultan of one of the Emirates. And since people stick with what they know, they would have survived with about 500 people.

And let's say the UAE was much like the PRO: broken, but still with military force. The president could've been trapped in the states pre-Godsend.
