This is from the 61st page of the IC. Read Min's post carefully, like really fucking carefully.

You would see that Anna only took the powers from each character individually, not through an area spell. That is why the house leaders were able to use their magic, and why Izanagi could go to Jafar and use it's magic. Because he wasn't affected by the spell.

I apologize for not being descriptive on Izanagi. His description is in this thread if you want to read. I didn't want to provoke a fight with Anna anyways, I just wanted some character development for Izanagi.
