"Essentially. That's just me directly re-stating what superiors tell me. I just shrug and let them do their job while I do mine." Ozzall noted to Jacob while he lowered himself onto a grassy patch of sand and sat down.

"Can you tell more about yourself? You only told me your name and your job. Is there anything else interesting about you?"

"Have you ever heard of white gas?" Cuisine looked abashed. "Never try to use more than half a cup to make hot pot...I think the building is still being rebuilt..."

Yoshi groaned and rolled over. he was still sleeping peacefully

"What's White gas?" Bran asked with interest, removing the armor and handed it back to his friend. "And what happened with it?"

"Always." Luce smiled at the artistic godling. "When I have them, anyway. I don't dream very often."

"They say we always dream, we just don't remember when we do," said Giovenith, flicking the flashlight on and off.

Yoshi woke up and stretched with a yawn. he could tell that dawn was not far off. he wanted to fix breakfast for everyone so he stood up and dusted the sand off. without a word to anyone he took his knife and walked into the jungle

"Pure gasoline. The cooking fire got out of control and burned down a shed. MB had a field day with the fire, that pyromaniac of a rabbit."

a few minutes past and Yoshi came back wih several sticks and some silken string. spider webs to be exact. he had balled one end of the string up into a lure and tide the other end to a stick. he walked down to the beach, drove the stakes in the ground and began tossing out line

"That's comforting to know," said Luce thoughtfully. "Would it be better to remember dreams all the time?"

"I think if it is truly important, we will remember it," she answered as best as she should.

"Hmm, I caused a couple of explosions in my time in the military. Why is that making you not go back?" Bran asked, confused.

Yoshi came back with 3 rather large needlefish he set them to the side and started building a spit to put them on

Katya turned over and stretched out with a yawn, letting her back arch and arms extend all the way. She glanced at Yoshi, then over at Bran and Cuisine.

Yoshi was busy getting cooking supplies. he began boiling a pot of rice and getting his spices together. he was going to make a rice dish for himself with the roe and meat of one fish and cook the others for everyone else. he began sharpening his knives

Yoshi smiled at some point during the night he had put his hoodie on her. he skewered two of the large fish and began roasting them. while they were cooking, he cut the roe out of the other and sliced some of the meat off. he put what was left of the fire. once his rice was done, he put the roe and the raw meat on it and spiced it up a bit. he offered a piece of meat to Torii

Cuisine flailed expressively and dramatically at both Bran and Katya. "The shame of it! A simple hot pot, ruined! And all because they wanted a fire source for Polynesian fire dancing! I ask you, who would hold Polynesian fire dancing events at a convention devoted to medieval Europe?"

he smiled at her. "I-I should have some cooked in the next few minutes" he explained and used his chopsticks to grab some rice and a bit of fish roe. he ate it slowly, his face showing pure bliss.

Katya, not paying attention to them, fell back on the shore and kicked back. She tossed her clothes aside and brought out some headphones and a sleeping mask.

"Hya, Torii!" Rylli smiled from nearby, attracted by the wonderful smells. "Yoshi, I presume? My husband told me about you, you sound very pleasant." She said as she waddled over.

"Mrs. Rylli!", Torii cheered. She hopped up and ran up to her happily.
