Bulgarian Forces were attacked by Serbians in a secret base and Serbia slowly start to push Bulgaria until Western Macedonia. Support form Bulgaria started to come and meanwhile Bulgaria tyhinks of making peace but Macedonia must be Bulgaria's. At least a bit of it.

Within days of William the Younger's poisoning, William the Elder was getting worse. Arsenic was a devious poison. The Prince was named Regent 3 days after the event, and his first act was to dismiss all of the Kaiser's doctors on charges of incompetence. He replaced them with one Dr. Ernst Schollverein, late of Dresden, who was one of the Prince's picked men and would continue to poison the Kaiser.

Meanwhile, Chancellor Bethmann-Hollweg was entertaining the government's foreign correspondence, in the company of Foreign Minister von Kiderlen-Waechter. It was B-H who spoke first, holding the sealed envelope to the light.

"Here we have a proposal from China. This 'law of western elegence' movement is doing quite well for them, isn't it?"

"They've had a quick turn-around, though I wager they'll pay for it down the road. He's killing all their intellectuals. Forecasts say that the tea harvest might be down 20% next year, to say nothing of silk and porcelain."

"Quite a shame. In any case, what do they want?"

"Foreign expertise. Military advisors, engineers, scientists, educators, and the like. They're trying to bootstrap themselves into modernization." B-H scoffed a bit.

"One almost suspects that he'll name himself the new Emperor."

"Well, then, what shall we say?" Bethmann-Hollweg stood up and looked out the window, into the garden. The garden of his Wannsee house was the greatest joy of his life; in its little trees and flowerbeds were surely the answers to every question.

"Tell the Chinese authorities that we'll do it in exchange for railroad shares. He simply has to tell us which railroads he's prepared to sell, and what percentage of them he's prepared to sell, and we'll reply with the appropriate number of experts."

"What are your thoughts on the Balkan situation?" This question required great thought, and the Chancellor thought diligently before speaking.

"Our Kaiser would say that we must rush to defend his cousin, the King of Romania. But I don't care. The Russians will rush to defend Serbia, and the French may well join them. When the war is over, we will back their demands. It'll be a good way to diffuse tensions. But at this time, with regards to the Balkans, we wait, and watch, and ultimately do nothing."

Paris, Parliament Building

Heinrich had gotten off the phone to Franz Josef, he waded through the crowds sat back down with Clemencau and the Russian Ambassador, before reading from his notebook some of the things Franz Josef had asked for

"Franz Josef just contacted me, he asked if possible to contact the russian ambassador, and since your right here this will be easier than i thought. what he asked was, would Mighty Russia wish to become an ally with Austria-Hungary?' he asked the russian.

Sultan Mehmed looks out his palace... he takes a breath of air in... and coughs the very second he breaths it. A chuckle comes from him while Bahad walks in.
"Ah.... the dirty and toxic fumes of Industrialism"
"Sire."
"Yes Bahad come in. How fares foreign policy"
"The bulgarians and the romanians have seemed to back off for the time being, the war still goes on but it seems there having much more problems trying to keep it together."
"Serves them right for the idea of expansion without a reason."
"Sire, more news comes from china, they accepted our alliance."
"Excellent Bahad. You know what im going to demand from this quarter."
"More industrialization."
"Very good Bahad. Also try to re-establish a telegram to the Americans. They are vital to our exsistence."
"Yes sire."
"Also... remember the land where parliment stood?"
"I do sire.."
"Start a public work."
"for what sire?"
"A massive embassy, an embassy that will keep the peace in the world."
"Yes sire!"
"Post haste!"
"At once sire!"
"Bahad, before you go. I want you to also send in our 1911 census report. I need to know just how many people we have in our empire."
"At once sire."

The sultan watches as Istanbul starts becoming an industrial gem. Capitalism and investors are small to almost none, the rail system is slowlly being modernized and is believed in 22 months should be one of the best in the world. Industry consisting of mostlly steel mills, and gold refining makes up the industry in the empire. Consiting of around 25 factories. The state is looking into mining limestone and quartz in the area to create cement, but this will take around a year. The state is also looking at begining a automobile industry, a weapons plant, ammunitions plant, and beginign on naval bases to create a navy.

All of this will take at the earliest 2-5 years.

The sultan however watches as progress comes gentlly and progressivlly.

And for once the sultan smiles.

It was a good day in the empire.

The emperor sat, while he thought of this one Haiku that never got out of his head. "Emperor, we have new reports of minerals being gathered in Manchuria." "Good, now, shall we invade anywhere?" "Sir, I doubt we should do that, as early in this century. Maybe coastal China?"

Buckingham Palace, London, British Empire

George was worried about what the world was up to. The Balkans were in chaos and the Empire needed more major allies. So George sent some more letters out and then went over his maps. Then he picked up a piece of paper and read it. 500 new investors had entered the Industrial Project. This was very good and this allowed more factories to be built in Britannia and allowed more plantations, mines, and smaller industries to be built in the rest of the empire. And the economy was doing fairly well with British Industry improving and manufacturing in Britannia was at an all time high. More factories were being built and new apprentices were being sent to Germany and the United States to learn more about modern industry, then they would come back to Great Britain and used what they learned to help improve British Industry and make it more modern. And a further 40 ships were done being built and were sent out to their respective positions. And the British Royal Navy now numbered 470 ships, the largest and strongest in the world. George also say it necessary to improve the Empire's Land Armies to make it more versatile and to help protect the Empire better. George's reforms were working wonders and British Empire was still at the top, but even then there were still other problems that needed to be solved........

Dear Leader of Austria, The British Empire seeks an alliance, trade relations, and a pact of mutual defense. Sincerely King George V

Dear Leader of the Ottomans, The British Empire seeks an alliance, trade relations, and a pact of mutual defense. Sincerely King George V

Paris, France
"And so it is decided!" said President Raymond "We shall improve the industry of our nation, and we shall begin a new airforce programme" the ministers clapped in approval and soon all across France, the factories were beginning to be upgraded with the most modern technologies and all across the airfields in France new planes had began to be constructed, and a new device was being developed, codenamed "Propeller passer"
The device would, if effective, make any weapon mounted on an airplane not fire and destroy the blade, with prescise engineering it would fire at an exact moment, with the bullets passing through the gaps of spinning blades entirely. Armoured propellers were also being developed.

Dear King George V
From President Raymond Poincare
I would like some Naval Officials to help with the French Navy, to keep us up to date with any new inovations, in return the French Republic will send Tactians and Military Officials to help with the modernization of your armies.

Dear President Raymond Poincare, I accept this offer and Naval Officials will be on there way soon. Sincerely George V

And on that 30 naval officers, 1 admiral, and 20 naval tacticians and engineers left for Paris.

"Dear most Honourable Majesty, Austria-Hungary accepts this offer. Tariffs on British goods shall be decreased to almost negligible percentages. The Supreme Parliament has also began debating the modernisation of the Kreigsmarine, and British advisors would be worth their weight in gold

Yours sincerely, Emperor Franz Josef, Monarch of Austria, Monarch of Hungary, Archduke of Bosnia and Herzgevonia, Croatia and Transylvania."

Once Franz Josef had sealed and sent this letter, another man entered his office, it was his son, Franz Ferdinand, his Heir and favourite son.
"Father" he said whilst bowing to his king "we have violence on our doorstep, the Romanians have invaded the Serbians!"
Franz Josef gestured for his son to stand up before embracing him "You are indeed worthy to he a king, how did you come by this knowledge?
"The Serbian Ambassador came to me before he came to you" Ferdinand replied after he broke from his hug with his father
"This is unacceptable, I shall not have nations threatening my borders, mobilise the southern forces! We March to the aid of the defender, Serbia" Franz Josef announced to his advisors and his son "Contact Russia, I have a feeling they too will not let this occour"

And with that, Austria-Hungary would prepare its southern army for war. Much would have to be done, Men would be pulled from leave and levied from the surrounding lands, and many artillery peices would need to be taken from storage. The only signs of aggression Austria showed was the forceful shutdown of the Romanian embassy in Vienna.

The sultan hasnt slept in 2 weeks. He has been ripping his beard and hair with his bare hands. He was in a state of shock and terror.

"Sire... Its Bahad. You look awful sire. What is the problem"
"Remember the coalition Bahad?"
"Yes the cite is near completion and i saw you sending memberships out to every major nation in the world..."
"Read this first.

Dear Leader of the Ottomans, The British Empire seeks an alliance, trade relations, and a pact of mutual defense. Sincerely King George V

"
"... sire. this has to be a joke."
"it is not. The imperialists that 2 months ago wanted to destroy us are extending a hand of friendship."
"ill just throw this out."
"Your a fool Bahad."
"Pardon sire?"
"Give me a pen, im going to sign off on the agreement."
"YOUR JOKING!"
"I am not. The United Kingdom is better off our ally and can help bring us up to western standards then being a threat to our nation. If there extending there hand at friendship, Ill reach for it."
*Bahad gives Mehmed VI a pen*

Gracious King Geroge V of Britain and India, Peace to you! We hole heartinglly accept an alliance with you. We will also establish trade relations and a mutual protection pact!

"What ales you sire..?"
Dear Sultan Mehmed VI, As ambassador from america to the ottoman empire, it is not in our best interests to enter an alliance. Furthermore we refuse to join in an alliance with you if it also ties us in with the British. We appologize and hope we can still provide assistence as previouslly states.
American Department of Foreign Relations

"And the rest of the world?"
"Well fuck the rest of the world is going nuts! China our allies will not stay in PEACE becuase Japan is in it!"
"So what do we do."
"The first annual PEACE Congregation will go as planned. But it might potentially be the last."

October 31, 1912
Teheran, Persia

Cedric Aloysius entered the Palace, determined to kill the Shah, Ahmad Shah Qajar, and his wife, Lida Jahanbani. Armed with a dagger, he bribed the guards with 2 toman per guard, which they accepted. Within 18 minutes, he arrived into the bedroom where the Shah and the Shahbanu were hiding.

"Either abdicate, or I'll kill you and your wife," Cedric threatened the Shah.

"I shall not abdicate, to foreign pigs like you," the Shah replied.

"Then, I wish you luck when you can continue your barbarity with Satan." With that, he beheaded the Shah, and then once the Shah's head was on the ground, in one stroke, he then went for the Shahbanu. It took two strokes, but he did it. He then carried the heads onto the balcony, where the protestors were concentrated. They had mainly calmed down.

He then placed both heads on the railings and raised his dagger up into the air.

"You now have a new Emperor, Emperor Edric I of the Aloysius Dynasty." With these words, the crowd cheered. Now that Cedric beheaded the Qajar dynasty's leaders, it was time to begin negotiating a treaty between Persia and Russia. He will crown himself as an Emperor after he finished his deed with Russia.
