Fine, Russia is off the hook, especially since Communism isn't going to appear....But Germany and Britain should be at each other's throats, not best of friends, they are THE rivals for leadership in Europe.
Nah, there will be Communism later. Later though, likely a bit after it appeared IRL, when Russia is more modernized, since it will take time for dissatisfaction with working conditions to rise without the catalyst of a major defeat in war.
