Bump

C'mon Germany, don't just let Britain be the sole super-power of the world. Russia is grabbing huge chunks of Central Asia and the Middle East, what are you doing?

Do we have a Belgium?

Me, apparently.

Well, if there's no Belgium, I think I'll buy the Congo from them.

And with that, anyone wishing to apply for the Ottoman Empire gets Turkey without Hatay and East Thrace, and is ruled by a deposed Shah who we kicked upstairs. Yes, it is now a Aloysian/Persian puppet state.

Woah, woah bro. With the exit of the Ottoman player Anatolia is now an NPC, and has to be conquered as such. Using one post to seize all of Asia Minor is beyond the pall of reason.

Mainly because the Empire will get there first, but also because I rather doubt even in a month Persian armies could reach Constantinople by land.

Feel free to seize Ottoman land; I think we're all going to be doing that. Just... be a bit more realistic, please?

It may not happen. After all, France and Austria seem to be going along swimmingly, and Romania seems pretty much unprotected.

Guys, seriously, Russia, Germany, and the British are all suppose to be the greatest rivals, not working with each other to divide up smaller nations......

I'm not talking about this as the Chinese, I just think that there is virtually no conflict between Europeans right now....which is a bit ridiculous. I mean I don't think I've seen a single harsh word exchanged between your guys

I'm certainly not. I may choose to buy some land off of some grand colonialist nation, but as far as Turkey goes, it serves no strategic advantage, but instead poses as a liability for Swedish troops. I'd much prefer to have a convex piece of coastline somewhere.

Russia is, historically, Germany and Austria's ally ten years before this RP. She is, currently, on good terms with France. Britain is a bit contentious due to Afghanistan and Persia, but she has no deep set hatred for any nation except for -slightly- Japan due to the travesty of the Russo-Japanese War.

Germany and Britain may not be buddy-buddy, but Russia has been largely unconcerned with European affairs for decades now.

We'll just take Mecca and Jeddah, and a mile wide corridor linking those two.

Well, here's a little flashpoint. Germany is determined that the Skagerrack willl remain international, and will use force to prevent the Swedish from attempting to conquer it.

What if the Danes attack first? Surely this should work both ways.

Fine, Russia is off the hook, especially since Communism isn't going to appear....But Germany and Britain should be at each other's throats, not best of friends, they are THE rivals for leadership in Europe.
