The geneva convention as i recall was never signed and/or the ottomans never signed it. Killing diplomats in a nation that does not head to diplomatic immunity = not valid excsue for war.

In the IC, you talked about how valuable your currency is. Now, while that may be good for your average consumer, generally speaking, the higher in value your currency is to other nations, the more your exporters will suffer on the market.
