Resources and help taking Manchuria with as little life lost as possible.

Hah. South Sakhalin has some coal mines, and off-shore oil which is sadly inaccessible in the current day, but it isn't worth Manchuria. If South Sakhalin were passed to Russian sovereignty the Tsar could consider material support in the form of raw iron and coal for the Japanese Empire, but any advances into current Russian areas of influence in Inner and Outer Manchuria would not bode well for Russo-Japanese relations.

Japan is one of the most powerful Asian countries and has already proven it's mettle against European powers (Russia). And the whole offering thing goes both ways. And you don't own China. As far as I'm concerned, no one does. How about you worry about the wars you're ALREADY fighting instead of trying to make new ones. Continue to overstretch yourself. It'll only make it easier for an enemy to sink the knife in.

China is my ally and I have access to their market, pay attention to IC events. And I'm only fighting one real war. Germany is my only real enemy. I have lost no men in Pakistan and the Ottomans are rather easy. I can also call upon 10,000,000 conscripts should the need arrive. And forget this. Go have fun as Japan, I don't care so long as you don't harm my interests, allies, protectorates, and my empire itself.

Well, we're on our way to Bahrain. We may lose, BUT it can be used to improve strategy.

You know, I see no way to expand.

At all.

With Britain threatening me at EVERY turn (despite efforts to be allied with Britain which has been rudely ignored) and surrounded by enemies and those who's spheres of influence expand across the entire globe, I see now why the last guy that played Japan bounced out.

*shrug*

Go ahead and invade anywhere. Russia only gives fucks if you get frisky with our dearest friends in Manchuria.

Britain threatens everyone, all the time. Get used to it. :P

Ally with Persia. In exchange, we'll give you the treaty ports that is currently under the control of Russia.

So far, your 'interests' are EVERYWHERE! Japan couldn't scratch it's ass without you attempting to tell them exactly how hard and where to scratch.

And as far as Manchuria goes, it's China which is an NPC nation for the moment. How exactly does two people control what China does? Japan needs Manchuria to survive. So, wouldn't it be more prudent to have Japan in control of Manchuria (which is an ally of Russia, not so sure about Britain at the moment)?

And as for the last guy making Britain it's top enemy, I HAVE NO INTENTIONS of threatening Britain. So why am I paying for the last Japan's mistakes?

And I will not ally with Persia.

Good choice with Persia.

Afaik, historically Manchuria was largely under Russian control, though it was nominally part of China. Harbin and other cities in the area had the second highest Russian population outside of the Empire itself.

Correction; Japan needs industrial resources to survive, which Russia would happily provide at a fair price.

Look at a map of Asia real carefully. Japan is surrounded. The only real way I can expand is into China. Would you prefer I begin snatching up Southeast Asian island nations and alienate America and other European countries?

If Japan had control of Manchuria, it would be mostly autonomous.

And, while Japan could acquire the resources it needs through trade, it would cost more. If I could give you the Southern half of Sakhalin island in exchange for mutual support in a peaceful takeover of Manchuria, would you accept that?

And I'm not allying with Persia. Period. I fear more the British Lion and the Russian Bear than the Persian...something. Hehe

Not really sure what's going on here. Care to clarify? Your regiments were in Kabul and Kandahar, so what are you RPing now?

Furthermore, you'll make gains, but without me RPing those gains against my forces they are not legitimate ;)
