You can still use a countries ports without actually conquering it. That's what a trade agreement is for, but it doesn't matter now since Austria-Hungary is hungry for Western Romania

Well just leave Macedoina part of Serbia and Albania alone. I will guard them but if you want, attack Montenegro + You didn't even say that you invade Albania

I conquerd north Albania there still is a Albania just 1/4 less the size

Twenty miles marching speed a day is fine, railroads obviously increase this.
I suppose the season would change it for better or worse.
