Akka, why hasn't there been a reply to my post yet?
I am a mixture of a FT and Fantasy nation, my people are Psionic, and very powerful magic users.
Due to me being an empire/me being a group of empires, my population, army, funding, etc are all inflated.

It is so simple, mutation. Fine, he said no more morph PCs, not morph NPCs you plan to have brutually killed in the battle with Anne..>.>
