Upon the UNSC Infinity's arrival into Illium's orbit, the diplomatic team was invited on board of the Council's station.

"Welcome non-assimilated Humans! Please come aboard, we have much to discuss!" A friendly messaged was beamed to the UEG ship.

A team of diplomats entered the council station, awestruck by the beautiful and massive structure. They went to meet with Impervious diplomats as they took in the beautiful surroundings.

Finally, after several awkward minutes a synthetic developed an algorithm to translate the alien language.
"Ihtorians, now? Wonderful! I am Zarg, commander of the 3rd Fleet of the Impervious Empire! I am sure you are humbled to begin your assimilation!" Zarg proclaimed to the Ihtorain's capital city. After several minutes of hushed whispers from the Ihtorains, they finally responded, "We know of no such Empire! Please, we are a humble and peaceful race, and do not wish to be "assimilated," the apparent leader responded. "Glorious news, prefer for forceful assimilation!" Zarg exclaimed with glee, it had been months since he had gone into battle!

The Third Fleet began to descended to the planets surface, and being a underdeveloped colony world, consitrated on the few cities that existed. "Fire weapons, but not on civilians yet!"

The delegation group traveled up the gravity lift and found themselves surrounded by either furious or eager Councilors. The Humans were screaming, demanding they be kicked out of Impervious for their harsh actions against the independence movements. The Kamninoans, never afraid to protest other species, particularly past Human Empires, were shouting just as loud and arrogantly as the Humans. The Yahg sat quietly, amused by the chaos, while the Synthetics ignored the fiasco, and the Volus were already watching their stock values. The Emperor entered into the Meeting Chamber, and began to demand order, to little avail. Eventually, he became so furious he through his own chair across the Chamber at the Humans, although he ended up hitting a Vorcha instead. A Synthetic then stood up, and played a high frequency sound that made all organics cringe. "Order Dammit or I won't be afraid to burn a colony!" The Emperor yelled.

"Now, what is it that you want UEG!" The Emperor exclaimed, out of breath from his actions.

The lead diplomat, James Darwige, shaking from what he just witnessed, spoke up. "We have been sent by our government to attempt to establish a trade agreement and possibly and alliance between our two nations." He said.

Ihtor Colony

The Third Colony continued to blow up random, non-inhabited things in a display of power to the Ihtorian colony. During the process, an Ihtorian fleet warped into the system. Alarmed, the 3rd Fleet raised its weapons to full power, and just as they were about to place the city to kingdom-come, the fleet hailed Zarg, "Stop! Stop! We have no military! We see your destruction. Your will! We will surrender!"

Zarg chuckled and proceed with the fleet to the Ihtorian home world in victory.

Illium, Council Chamber

"Murders! Murders!" A Human Councilor screamed. "They always do this, get on your good side, and show up with MAC guns a'blazin' when your guard is down! They murdered millions of our brethren!" Upon hearing this exclamation, the Yahg instantly became interested. "A species more populous and as violent and war inclined as the Vorcha!" The Yahg whispered to one another. "Assimilate them! Assimilate them!" the Yahg began to yell. The Humans, at the sound of this, turned their attention to the Yahg and began to scream at them, "SHUT UP YOU DAMN APES!" One Human shouted. In a heart beat, a Yahg near the Human Councilors punched one Councilor in the chest and uplifted the poor man, who landed unconscious in the row of seats behind him. The Vorcha, already furious about the chair incident, leaped from their seats and began to assault the Yahg, using their flexibility to avoid the Yahg's muscular punches. Humans then began to throw chairs and other items at the Yahg, resulting in an all out brawl. The Synthetics attempted to quell the fighting once more with a high frequency pitch, in which the Kaminoans immediately rose from their seats and attacked them. Which, in all Impervious History, was one of the few instances observed with Kaminoan violence. The Emperor watched, astonished, as the Council began to brutally attack one another. Medical droids swarmed in, along with various guards of different species who tried to break up the fight, heightening the situation.

"OUT! OUT! I WANT ALL OF YOU OUT!!! NOW!!" The Emperor roared with an unrelenting fury, as the UEG delegation were quickly whisked out via the gravity lift. The sound of the brawl evident even from below.

On Armageddon the high council would get into a heated argument, and almost break into fighting. All the emperor had to do was start getting up, and the council would stop arguing, and have a civilized discussion. Several small riots break out across Armageddon protesting more space being allocated to the sangheili for settlement. The imperial guard armed with riot gear are deployed, ready to suppress the rioters the second they turn violent.

The factory world was damaged, it was obvious fighting had escalated on the inside between the hacked, and non-hacked Geth, with the non-hacked becoming the victors they then proceeded to begin repairing the factories on the planet.

"YOU ARE NOT HAVING KROGANS ROAM OUR EMPIRE!" the councilors were furiously shouting at eachother "YES WE ARE YOU UNCIRCUMCISED CUNT" shouted another "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU ON ABOUT WE ALL ARE!!" the argument was heating up, then one stood up, took his blazer off and kicked another in the face, as every elder human had 3 years compulsory hand to hand combat training when they were in school "FUCK YOU, THIS IS'NT HAVEN IV" shouted others as the councilors from the other side ran towards the brawl, to join in, leading on the attacks with aerial kicks and frontflips "WE CANNOT HAVE LESSER SPECIES HERE" shouted another as he managed to grab a chair from it's gravity hub, and threw it at another, while others were brutally smashing eacothers faces off chairs and punching eachother, someone was picked up and flung to the middle of the room, and another was being held up by the throat by an 8' tall councilor "ORDER!" shouted a councilor who was not fighting, just before a chair was swung in his face "INFERIOR" one councilor had a chair backrest rammed in his mouth, while blood poured from it, he then fell into the middle, dead. Guards could do nothing as the doors were locked, until the doors were blown through, the guards were welcomed by a chair flying towards them "DO NOT INTERFERE" shouted a councilor, it was common for fights to happen in elder human society, the guards insread helped wounded; A man was running out the door with a shard of a chair in his shoulder, and the group were still fighting.

[Conjoined Empire]

The Conjoined Fleet prepared to return to the normal state of matter. They would come out eight light seconds from the Enemy. This would be their first major engagement since the First Encounter. It would be their proving ground, the captains were very on edge. Not only would this be their first combat, but it would be the first time they fight to protect the Mother Nest, AND THE EMPEROR WOULD BE THERE!!!
They returned to sublight speed, and found the enemy right where they had predicted. Their forces clearly splitting to head to their two targets: they Mother Nest, and New Harvest.
[How do you propose we handle this, T'nar?] Clavain asked patiently.

"Hal nine thousand open this door" said captian smith Hal said. "Yes captian opening weapon bay door's". As he walked he grabed a pistol and shot at target's.

[like their PoPo's('google monster hunter popo') we need to herd them in a large group so we can effectively use our most effective weapons, I'll take on the group heading for New Harvest] "Send in our faster ships to intercept, larger ships surpress them" the T'nar commanded his crew, "Railgun, fire at will"

Clavain decided to take them out using the Alpha 7 attack protocol.
[Fleet, assemble in formation 2 Gamma. Close with the enemy to three light seconds and prepare to launch the first Gumball barrage.] Clavain ordered.
[Aye, Sire. Moving into position.] The captains responded.
Clavain willed the ship to move up. It began accelerating, and he couldn't activate the shields, because the radiation would be reflected to the ship if they ran with the shields up.
Once the fleet had closed up to four light seconds, he ordered the fleet to launch their drones. He sensed the drones leaving the Nightshade, and watched as the millions of little lights converged towards the enemy fleet. It would be two hours before the drones were at their target, and it would be several more before battle was over.
[We are holding at three light seconds, Sire.] One of the Captains reported.
[Launch our barrage.] Clavain ordered.
He felt the shudder as the first wave of 12 Gumball missiles left the ship. He watched them accelerate at 300 G's, up to sixteen percent the speed of light. It would take the Missiles 18.75 seconds to reach their target, and three more seconds for Clavain to see the result of their initial barrage. At which point they would launch their next one, prodding the enemy for about thirteen minutes, before closing in to end the fight.

[New Harvest]

The ships accelerated closer to the enemy,
"ships begin barrage" the ship's small pentagonal doors above the missile tubes slid open, the turrets popped out from the ship, then the ship fired a wave of 36 Beta III missiles, they would accelearate to 17% the speed of light, and explode near the target to release radiation so strong it would incinerate anything in the affected radius, which was small, then the ship fired it's railgun, a extremely bright flash could be seen, and in an unnoticeable ammount of time another flash was seen as the slug decelerated, then an emp flash, then a orange glow from impact, it had hit a target, the other ships could be seen firing volleys of MAC fire and missiles, the trails of light could be seen, like fireworks, the large clash sound of the guns firing.

[Conjoined Empire]

Clavain watched as the ship's sensors updated the battle view. He saw the missiles get shot down, and eventually, he saw sever dozen hits, about 87 hits in total. Several seconds later the bubbles vanished, and with it, light and radiation from the parts of the ship's turned into photons. Several ship's propulsion system were catylised and blew up.\
[Fire the second wave, and begin closing in.] Clavain ordered.

The Annual Galactic Podrace has begun its 205th year of epic podracing action! Species from all across the galaxy will yet again compete against each other in an intense podracing tournament to prove who is the best. This year the gracious Tau Empire has been nominated to host the event, and all competitors participating this year are expected to journey to T'au, the capital of the Tau Empire, to test their mettle against each other in a bout of climatic courses and high speed adrenaline action!

The Human Council member falcon punched by a Yahg was deemed to have fallen down a severe flight of stairs. The Council met again today, and after several moments of awkward silence, business continued on as normal. The brawl was behind, and it was pointless to dwell on it. Besides, the UEG was gone, along with the hostilities.

Space over Highland Mountains, Reach

First Lieutenant Gage Yevgenny was nervous. While he had dropped many times and should be used to it by now, he still wasn't. Him and a team of bullfrog ODSTs were dropping into the last rebel stronghold on Reach to finish securing the planet. "They should have SPARTANs do this..." a corporal under him muttered. A transmission was sent though out the ship: "ALL ODSTS REPORT TO DESIGNATED LAUNCH BAYS IMMEDIATELY." Gage lined up in front of his HEV, still nervous for the shriek of his burning drop pod as he descended onto the planet. The hatch opened and he strapped himself in. "DROP IN 3, 2, 1, DROP." The pod shuttered as it was fired out of the UNSC Stalingrad towards the planet below.

Also, this will be the character I will mostly RP as when I'm really in-character.

UNSC Infinity, space near Illium

Under orders from HIGHCOM, Infinity deployed a listening probe in the system near Illium to monitor the Impervious Council before returning to Reach.

Illium

Completion of the new capital city on Illium has been completed. The city is a massive, pure- pearly white, circular floating city, 1/4 a mile above Illium's rich rain forests. The city rotates slowly, as to give every citizen of the new Capital a grand and osculating view 24/7. The Capital is connected to Illium's other metropolises via gravity trains and space ports. The Council has moved in immediately, as well as most government officials. Rich citizens have also bought real a state, as the new city is expected to be a major tourist hub.

The old Council station was flung into the sun in a grand display.

In side news, the Ihtorians were officially assimilated into the Empire following a grand ceremony on their home world of Ihtor. The Ihotirans occupy just a few colony worlds, are extremely pacifist but gifted biologists and terraformers, and are already being considered the hippies of the Empire. The Yahg have already given them a task force to work with the Kaminoans to further understand terraforming. Thousands of Ihtorians are now on tour of the Empire to help their assimilation.
