The Callisto was undetectable by the Forerunner ships, so they would use that to their advantage. HAVOK nuclear mines were set up near the MAC platforms above the shipyard, and the detonator was given to the SPARTAN leader. Next the Callisto went full speed into the metal shield around the planet, with dropships carrying the ship's compliment of Marines and SPARTANs following through the gap heading towards the shipyards.

Forerunner systems seemed normal and operational, however recent scans had been picking up strange results, to which are being double checked but not much else.

Responding to the man the delegate quickly responded, "Hello, we would very much like to ask how we could assist in the future stability of the citadel, security wise, and how the Ork fleet managed to make it into the Citadel before the arms were closed." He knew that he was sounding a little rash, but didn't have a better way to word it. "We would also like to officially greet the republic, as we have yet to do so ourselves, besides for us locating the ark."

(OOC: Quality of that post is a little lacking, apologies)

The Gen'Dai head of Security listened to what the Forerunner had said.
"I personally welcome to the Forerunners to the Galactic Community. You can assist by a few things, joining the Senate officially, I can give you the documents if you wish, once that is done you can become part of the C.D.F and that will be put forward into the defence of the Citadel"

"Ah yes, we would very much like to officially join the senate, we seem to have been putting that off for some time. We believe that we have much to contribute towards the senate itself." With that he eagerly awaited to sign whatever papers were necesarry

The ride lasts for another half hour before the group is dropped off at the gold plated gates to the throne room. The doors creek open, and inside was the emperor sitting upon the golden throne. "Welcome to the Imperial palace." The emperor says. "Why have you come here?"

" To establish diplomatic relations with the Imperium of Man." said the Transcended,looking the emperor straight in the eye.

"Anything specific?"

The mines exploded, taking out four MAC platforms. The UNSC forces began storming the shipyard, heading towards the keyship.

The Gen'Dai smiled, though his helmet blocked off any visible signs of facial expressions. "Of course" he said as he opened a cabinet pulling out a document.

Bizz could only stare in amazement at sight of the newcomer, soon all scientists at "Library" base had also seen this woman, many rubbed their eyes in disbelief, the Quarian scientists rubbed their visors with cloth and the Geth scientists stood still, discussing with the consensus if what was infront of them was possible.

"Orks?!, what the hell do you think you are doing in this sector of the Galaxy" shouted a Turian sitting at a desk, now his documents and cup of coffee all across the floor "If this is some kind of joke, I'd advise you to go away. Just because the C.D.F is under repairs doesn't mean it isn't operational. Also, the Citadel's defence guns are still online. Say your next words carefully"

It had taken a good few months, but the goal of the scientists had been achieved. Deep within the installation, the area dubbed "Library" as it, or was believed to, house countless knowledge, but just as the scientists got to work, something...someone, female looking in appearance appeared next to Bizz(A Jawa) who merely looked at this woman in shock.

At the shipyard it seemed that troops had made their way near the Keyship, something strange; who would want such a ship, or know what to do with it? In any case the ground commanders shortly reorganized themselves, sending out sentinels and Forerunner emergency response forces directly to the Keyship; with little information to go on they stayed on the defensive, with plans to launch the Keyship underway in order to protect it from enemy hands, that or to close off the access 'hole' into the shield world.

New Alexandria was the crown jewel of Reach. The city had recovered from the destruction at the hands of rebels and was a shining light for all on Reach. [b]Was[b]. Now the only shining lights were the flames burning throughout the city. The Rachni were desperately throwing themselves against UNSC forces to take the city, and the city itself was suffering. Three Rachni corvettes hung eerily silent above the city, preventing any airborne evacuation attempt. No ships could be diverted to take them out, and Longswords proved ineffective against their shields and armor. Protection of civilians in the city is of the utmost importance as they cannot be evacuated. Quezon and Manassas are in similar situations.

The SPARTANs led the charge through the shipyard, and with Marine assistance tore through the Forerunner defenses. "Nearing the keyship now! Once aboard, we need to get into slipspace in-atmosphere to make it look like it was destroyed!"

The scientists continued looking in awe at the woman who referred to herself as Librarian, then one of them, a Sangheili spoke out.
"We are most welcome of this greetings, Librarian" he said "Now, we are scientists of the Republic and we have been trying to uncover secrets of this world. I simply wanted you to understand the reason we are here"

C-Sec HQ,The Citadel
The Gen'Dai took the form and read over it. "Everything appears to be in order. Welcome to the Senate" he said as he shook the delegates hand. "Your embassy" he continued "Will be here" a holographic map of the Citadel then appeared, it zoomed in a few times and a building flashed blue.

Tau Embassy

As soon as the Caldari Ambassador was noticed trying to enter, the doors slid open. A Unngoy secretary greeted the ambassador "Hello, what business do you have with the Tau Empire?"

From a security camera, Xy'Hazu and Aun'shi watched the Caldari in the main lobby, unsure at what a capitalist Caldari would want with the communist Tau.

"Aun'va did express interest in trade with private organisations, so I guess this a good things?"
Xy'Hazu said jovially
"He is a fool, Tau should only produce for the people, not for the interests of fatcats like the Caldari." Aun'shi replied, bluntly and with a tinge of bitterness
Xy'Hazu looked at Aun'shi in disbelief "You can't call the high ethereal a fool?" He stammered.
"I'm a high Ethereal too, you know, so I can say what I want." Aun'shi snapped

Emperor Yuri was just looking out of a window towards the Shipyard holding some of his Empire's fleet. He sent word for Nickolai to get to the Citadel and figure things out from there. He ordered a parade of his troops in the Capital City's main street. Many people would attend.

Nickolai looked around the place confused and wondering what to do. The Emperor sent him here with little advice and instruction.

The Caldari representative looked around, then said. "I am here on behalf of my race to forge trade agreements." He noticed the camera, and gave it a big capitalistic grin. You could see a pin on his jacket, which was in the shape of an ISK.

A Sangheili guard noticed the clearly confused Human wandering around one the Citadel's docking bays, after wondering if this person was perhaps looking for someone, or needed help, he walked over holstering his plasma rifle onto his belt.
"Greetings Human, you appear to be lost, do you require assistance?" he asked.

Transcendence Shipyard

Now making contact with the enemy it was clear who was attacking them. "UEG..." One muttered, before a Spartan kicked him to the ground. By now the shield world's entrance was beginning to close, however it would take some considerable time. Being in a shipyard seemed to work for Forerunner advantage, with sentinels being reassigned to deal with the intruders, it appears that soon numbers would reach ridiculous levels, with the commanding officer of the ground forces debating whether or not to use his war sphinx or not, but in the meantime the numbers would be feasible, with efforts focused on capturing one of the intruders.

Requiem

As the Sangheili spoke her voice remained soft. She waited calmly for him to finish before responding, "The secrets of this planet are indeed vast, and I welcome you, those who dared to venture to the unknown, to them. Yet still after the years of dormancy there are secrets to Requiem that should remain secret, as for the answer would be far worse than not."

Citadel

The delegate gladly shook his hand, before receiving some grieve news. "It appears that some disputes are never truly closed." He said, before leaving, with the information he had been given. "I'l be sure to send some Forerunner guards to the defense fleet when I can next raise the council." He said before hastily leaving.

The Geared Prophet walked in and he was taller then any Warboss and much more augmented with various saws and other scraps of metal around his body and his arms were bionic and much more advance then normal Ork, and it even looked up to date to even normal galactic standards, the staff he was wilding had the Ork symbol with gears around it as he put his hands up.
"I am here to be detained as long as my request are fulfilled."
