"The library, is where ancient human historic archives are stored, along with blueprints, archives, artifacts and the like, it is rumoured to contain a copy of the 200 billion year history(I swear the universe is'nt that old, so why does halo say that?) that the precursors recorded, but my creators have not told me such data, a notable artifact is a forerunner crystal, I'm sure you know of it's purposes"

"That certainly is...impressive." They replied, while researchers began setting up scientific devices. "Would we be allowed to make copies of this data, or is it strictly to be kept on Technetium?"

Citadel

The delegate made his way to the security office, looking for somebody to talk to in regards to citadel security, along with diplomatic relations, of which they had not had much in the way of the republic.

"the history of the ancient humans must live on, you may take it, but the artifacts belong to Technetium, blueprints and technology you find can be taken, I'm sure my creators wished for the galaxy to progress even further"

The delegate made his way to the security office, looking for somebody to talk to in regards to citadel security, along with diplomatic relations, of which they had not had much in the way of the republic.

C-Sec HQ,The Citadel
The building set nearby to the Senate Chambers was home to C-Sec. It was a large building home to hundreds of workers who's job was to increase Citadel Security. The delegate was informed the Head of Security was the best person to talk to. His office was set on the 8th Floor of C-Sec HQ.

"Understood," he replied, as researchers were given the all clear to take blueprints and information, but not the artifact, which was a fair deal. The information we very advanced, as was the blueprints, with the library's information on the ancient Human history very satisfying, providing many accounts on life back in their era. Ships had began making their way through the portals, suggesting for the UHR to do the same.

The delegate thanks the person who gave him the information before heading to the 8th floor, after naturally being scanned for any dangerous weaponry on his person. C-Sec was very advanced and seemed to like the details, it was a surprise that they couldn't close the arms in time to the delegate.

At the office of the HoS, sat a Gen'Daii. He watched with interest as the Delegate entered the room and quickly began speaking
"Hello, Forerunners, what can I do for you today?"

The Bogeatar had finally made its repairs and started going towards the Citadel as the Bogeatar was finally able to make communications before the damage turrents fired on them.

"By the name of the Seventh Gear Mechaz, we come in peace do not fire. We have been drifting in space for sometime and wish to dock."

Citadel Docking Control (C.D.C) responded the hail
"Orks?!, what the hell do you think you are doing in this sector of the Galaxy" shouted a Turian sitting at a desk, now his documents and cup of coffee all across the floor "If this is some kind of joke, I'd advise you to go away. Just because the C.D.F is under repairs doesn't mean it isn't operational. Also, the Citadel's defence guns are still online. Say your next words carefully"

Requiem
It had taken a good few months, but the goal of the scientists had been achieved. Deep within the installation, the area dubbed "Library" as it, or was believed to, house countless knowledge, but just as the scientists got to work, something...someone, female looking in appearance appeared next to Bizz(A Jawa) who merely looked at this woman in shock.

"By the will of Mechaz, I, the Geared Prophet and leader of the Grey Orkz surrender at the will of the Senate as long as my people go free and I get to speak to the Seantors."

Responding to the man the delegate quickly responded, "Hello, we would very much like to ask how we could assist in the future stability of the citadel, security wise, and how the Ork fleet managed to make it into the Citadel before the arms were closed." He knew that he was sounding a little rash, but didn't have a better way to word it. "We would also like to officially greet the republic, as we have yet to do so ourselves, besides for us locating the ark."

(OOC: Quality of that post is a little lacking, apologies)

Tribute

"The readings from station Fermion were not anomalies. It was indeed a Rachni fleet made up of 450 warships which are now laying siege to Tribute and Reach. Most of the UNSC counterattack efforts are focused on Reach, so Army and Marine forces on Tribute are heavily outnumbered. All forces on Tribute are ordered to retreat to the main planetary evacuation center in Casbah to aid in the evacuations. SPARTANs are en route from Talitsa and are expected to arrive in only a few minutes."
Casbah was falling. SPARTAN John-117 knew that for a fact. Most of the civilians were evacuated, and the soldiers were net, but the SPARTANs were the vanguard, and had to stay to the very end. The city was burning and screams and gunshots filled the smoky air as transports flew out of the atmosphere desperately trying to save as many lives as possible.



Reach

The planet's ODPs were the only thing preventing the Rachni from reaching the surface, but Rachni ships focused on one at a time, slowly whittling down the UNSC defenses.

The UNSC corvette Callisto has accompanied a small strike force of SPARTANs into Forerunner space with the intention of quietly capturing a keyship.

They were followed by UHR frigates, and what was on the otherside was a second spire, this time on the other side of the massive planet, this spire was in the middle of a jungle.

Before the start of the expo a large convention center was prepared, hundreds of booths setup, and sections for each UHA nation. The entire place was wired with CCTV cameras, and microphones. A regiment of Imperial Guardsmen from the Death Korps of Krieg will provide security while several Ordo Hereticus inquisitors augment the surveillance.

Either that or I could say I have one or two more (Be warned, Forerunner soldiers have been increasingly on guard after flood attacks)

The admiral asked, unsure of how to proceed, these spires were starting to get slightly confusion, but that was what the expeditionary fleet was for, the venture to the unknown and get lost so that others do not have to.

"the largst spire lead our troops into the underground layers of Technetium, nothing much, but a slipspace portal lead tem into the core of the planet where a massive chamber exists, we should focus our attention there now" UHR scientists were analysing spires on the surface, and also analysing the library, the core was also being investigated.

The Caldari Corp, after it's groundbreaking victory in information technology, decided to use it's recently owned money to buy other businesses, and use them as an expansion front onto other markets. Slowly, the label of the Caldari Corp could bee seen on cars, computers, even on pesticides. The Caldari also expanded into the food market, introducing a new addictive drink: CalCol. It came in multiple flavors, and was a hit. Slowly, the UHA's private sector was becoming empty of other alien species, and almost completely dominnate by human companies and Caldari Corp.

Research began to uncover the secret of plush toys. Fur examinations, surveys, and formulas were being used to answer one question: why are plush toys so addicting?

"Agreed, we should make our way to the core, find out more about what lies beneath." With that forces made their way to said location, with some forces staying behind. A fear of spreading forces too thin was seeming to become a problem.

(Before I do anything, what kind of shield world is Transcendance? Is it like Onyx, Requiem, or the one from Halo Wars?)

OOC: I'd probably have to call it one similar to that of Requiem, metallic on the surface, massive grav-lock on the front but in the center of it it was more civilian based. However there is a large building yard for ships, similar to that of the halo wars shield worlds.

Oh also I build the S.H.I.E.L.D project, so it has an array for MAC equivalent stations in the hundreds (It did take a while to create)

The Stryker rolls down the road, and the top of the APC opens. Infront of the vehicle the massive imperial palace could be seen.

The imperial forces fired into the wave of Greenskins with Punisher Gatling cannons, hellhound flame tanks, and heavy bolters. The massive amount of fire from the defenders could easily eliminate their numbers advantage.

The Transcended looks at the palace in awe.After a minute or so,he says " Let us meet your Emperor.Shall we ? "

Transcendance

The Callisto was undetectable by the Forerunner ships, so they would use that to their advantage. HAVOK nuclear mines were set up near the MAC platforms above the shipyard, and the detonator was given to the SPARTAN leader. Next the Callisto went full speed into the metal shield around the planet, with dropships carrying the ship's compliment of Marines and SPARTANs following through the gap heading towards the shipyards.

A lone diplomatic frigate was requesting permission to dock, on the grounds of trade agreements.

UHA Planets

The Caldari Corp recognized the Mandragorian Corp as a major competitor, but only if the Caldai expanded into the arms market. For now, they were focused on none military products. Slowly, all alien corporations were bought off or bankrupted. It was obvious that the Caldari Corp had a distinct message to all alien businesses other than the Mandrogorians: you're either us, or you don't exhist.

The Gen'Dai head of Security listened to what the Forerunner had said.
"I personally welcome to the Forerunners to the Galactic Community. You can assist by a few things, joining the Senate officially, I can give you the documents if you wish, once that is done you can become part of the C.D.F and that will be put forward into the defence of the Citadel"
