The Inquirer spoke up, "You have 5 minutes to leave. If you refuse then we will activate the Installation on full power, eliminating your planets in the area, such as Reach. We are more than capable of doing so, and we have done it once already."

Word has been given to Transcendence, and the reply back simply said, 'With the flood situation we do not have time for the UEG and their threats, we are sending reinforcements.' With that three fleets were sent to the Installation, with word of more to be sent as soon as the enemy is destroyed; the UEG are to be eliminated with extreme prejudiced.

With that a message was sent to the Imperium around the Installation, informing them of the plan. Furthermore all current allies and friends have been messaged, requesting assistance, including the UHR:

UHR location

After receiving the report of the UEG the officer asked the president, "We have received reports that the Forerunners are going to war with the UEG, we are requesting assistance in this matter. We will be more than happy to act as troop transport to the location if you wish to." He opened the link Admiral Mendez, "The same would be offered to you, although we do not know eachother very well we still ask for assistance.

"we would happy to oblige, we shall send a single fleet along with the recently loaded UHRS Fars, we shall hitch a ride through your slipspace ruptures"

The man seems calm, but his tail reveals his nervousness. It swishes around, the feather glinting in the light. "To prevent more losses. The population of the planet used to be part of the Sansha movement. Does the name of Sansha Kuvlaki movement tell you anything?" The Man Druids the enemy ships, knowing well he could defeat most of them with a flick if a switch.

'It does not.'

"Ah, well then." An image of a bald man appears on the screen, along with a spiked insignia. "This is Sansha Kuvlaki. He wanted to create a new empire. To achieve this, he kidnapped peaceful citizens and turned them into cyborg slaves. They obeyed his every command. Now, once Sansha was killed, all those...slaves settled on one planet. The planet was supposed to help them heal. Sadly, that never happened. Over time, the ruler of the planet learned to control the cyborgs the same way Sansha did. The government was the new Sansha. This meant that all enemies of Sansha, for instance the Caldari, would be preyed upon by wild cyborg ships. They would kill everyone. Every single living being belonging to the Caldari State or allied with it would e preyed upon. So you see, we had to kill the cyborgs. They would havedestroyed everyone."

We are well aware of their forces seeking to retake the ring, and we have already prepared an invasion force to attack earth while a majority of their forces are preoccupied with the ring. I fear that the UEG might have to be destroyed to stop them from threatening the array any further.

The Home Fleet consisted of over 1,200 of the best ships in the entire UNSC fleet, and they were supported by over 400 orbital defense platforms orbiting Earth. Every listening station in the outskirts of the system was scanning the area around them. Sol, along with Epsilon Eridani and every other UNSC system, was ready for reprisal.

The admiral nodded to an officer that could not be seen on the videoline. In reply, most of the fleet left the system.
'Lead the way.'

"Attempting to copy will just delete the files as well" Aun'shi said, as he called for a Skylimo on his omni-tool "Aun'va will summon all the delegates in an hour, however once this meeting is concluded I want your delegate to board a shuttle at these co-ordinates, and they'll take you to Installation 04"

Ethereal Council

An hour later, Aun'va summons the Supreme council for a second time, as well as summoning the delegates to the massive Supreme Chamber, located in the heart of the station.

"Thank you, I think that I have got the majority of the information down." he said, with some strain as he finished reading the files as the five minute mark came, it was a miracle he was reading at the pace he was, although he knew that he couldn't remember everything. As the summoning came the delegates for the Forerunners made their way to the chamber

Installation 03

As Forerunner's made their way to the control room they saw guilty spark, who was attempting to access the controls. "What are you doing?" One of them shouted, as MAC fire hit the ring consistently. "Is there anyway we can help?"

Above the ring the Inquirer, and other ships provided support, incase of a second attack.

UHR territory

"Alright, we will be leaving immediately, and shall be heading straight for the Sol system, the UEG's main system. We have more allies there, and the plan should start soon." With that the Forerunner scout ships opened up the slipspace ruptures, before heading through hopefully with the UHR's forces.

Instead of sharing the installation they have returned with over 1,000 ships and have opened fire on the installation, saying that no one should control them. because of what they said we fear the other installations are at risk too. With the flood an ever present threat we have no other option but to stop the UEG from continuing their actions. This is not the course of action we wished for but the one it must be.

With that the Forerunner scout ships opened up the slipspace ruptures, before heading through hopefully with the UHR's forces.

The monitor looked at them, annoyed at them disturbing him. "I'm trying every single sequence of numbers in existence!" 343 replied "I cannot figure out Abject's authorisation code!" He turned his attention away from the forerunners again, and his eye dimmed as he began to focus all his processing power on finding the sequence.

Kov'aa stood on the bridge of the custodian, he ordered his crew to man their battle stations and defend themselves if need be, however they didn't have enough ammunition to last them the entire battle, they still could unleash enough hell.

The Ambassadors were now waiting on the Forerunner and Mechanical Union ambassadors.

"Oh my god." Lord Hood said as he read his data pad, receiving word of Earth being attacked. "This is what we get for clearing the f*cking ring." He attempted to call an emergency senate meeting due to the attack.

A prowler exited slipspace over the planet.
"Time for you to uphold your end of the bargain. We're under attack."

The man nodded, then went to work. Since they were in a borderline system, they would need to warp. The warp drive hummed, coming to life. The coordinates to Caldari Prime were inserted, and the shortest way was selected. Slowly, a hole ripped open the fabric of space, and sucked in the Caldari and the fleet. In seconds, the hump ended, and they were in orbit of Caldari Prime. The intercom was turned back on. "Welcome to Caldari Prime." The planet was covered in one city, and many ships flew by the two fleets.

Several escort ships fall to the fire from earth's fleet but the larger ships continue unphased. The ships open fire with everything they have from lance batteries to missiles, although Nova cannons would not be authorized due to the close proximity to earth.

Realizing that they were running late, the Forerunner delegates made a swift approach to the chambers, as to meet the Ambassadors on Capital Prime.

The ODPs began targeting the larger capital ships as they were the only effective weapons against them. Army and marine forces began mobilizing on the ground in order to counter any ground attacks. Defense of the artifact was of the utmost importance.

6th FLEET, UHR SPACE

The 6th fleet had gathered in formation and was ready to follow the forerunner fleet to the ring, the fleet was lead by the 3mile long ship UHRS Fars, and was going to focus mainly on defence.

The man nodded, then went to work. Since they were in a borderline system, they would need to warp. The warp drive hummed, coming to life. The coordinates to Caldari Prime were inserted, and the shortest way was selected. Slowly, a hole ripped open the fabric of space, and sucked in the Caldari and the fleet. In seconds, the hump ended, and they were in orbit of Caldari Prime. The intercom was turned back on. "Welcome to Caldari Prime." The planet was covered in one city, and many ships flew by the two fleets.

Unbeknownst to the ships, at least three space stations were aiming their missiles at them, in case of an attack. "Of course. Follow us." The Caldari patrol began entering the atmosphere, and soon landed onto an isolated landing pad, high up in the air. A gigantic armada of battlecruisers flew by, their weapon ready to destroy anything. The armada was on it's way to conquer more systems, thus spreading the Caldari influence.

The Monitors eye flickered back to life again as he'd finally deciphered the code, he looked around as the terminal started flashing red, as to signify his trickery had worked. He saw on screen that all 398,000 Sentinel factories were coming online, and beginning to produce, however he now saw Halo was now a mangled wreck, and was on the verge of collapse. But the sentinel factories had remained in the depths of the halo, and were relatively unscathed. A horde of vengeful sentinels now were in the process of being constructed.

"Oh my!" He said, before promptly shutting down. He'd wasted to much energy he now needed to recharge, he dropped like a bowling ball and rolled towards the forerunners.

Individual Mac rounds would disappear on contact with the Capitol ships void shields. The smaller ships begin attacking the home fleet while the larger ships fire on the ODP. 2,500 ships also launch an attack on mars which is strange considering earth is supposed to be their prize.
