Later, yes. For now, from what I know, they are focusing on eradicating the Caldari race(me), and then complete domination and destruction of all other species by humans.

Kind of reminds me of the Xeno-Alliance. Also, the UHA doesn't hate aliens. It simply wants to defend humans against xeno races. But I really don't care, since I'm xeno.
