Ops... fixed.
Name of Nation: Harkback Union
Home Planet: Ewort (Cultural-Scientific-Political Capital)
Form of Goverment: Technocracy
Leader(s): Premiere Cellon
Standing on the Senate and Chancellor: Neutral
Senator: Ambassador Ornaaw
Species: Genetically immortal Humans
Planets: Zadox (Economic-Industrial capital, 55% covered in cities and factories, polluted), Moon Owlar (Entertainment and commerence hub orbiting Zadox) Aswalf (Fleet Center, Major Crew training hub), Tarsalos I, II & III - Resource rich mining planets. 12 Other planets and moons with major cities, mining and industrial complexes. 31 Planets and moons with small military outposts, science stations.
Superweapon: Exudus Portal: Giant wormhole generator.
Population: Near 60 billion
Army Size: Crystal-coded AI driven Robotic Combat units: 52 billion.
Civil defense force: 200 million in service, 1.5 billion reserves - equiped with personal shields and phasers.
Fleet Size: 120 Carriers, 500 heavy battleships, 15 dreadnoughts, armed with short and long range Antimatter Acceletrators. 100,000 Fighters, smaller warships. Civilian fleet: over 2 billion ships, ranging from Space-cars to mega-freighters.
Strengths: Strong in civilian science and culture. Developed various experimental electro-magnetic mind control devices (Not able to control a person's actions, but able to greatly modify his mood), Efficient economy.
Weaknesses: Uderfunded Military research and development. A Majority of the population suffers from various mental diseases due to overextended lifespan... Recruiting soliders and ship crew is problematic. The harkback Negletify expansion in favor of scientific development, unless resources are running very low.

Name of Nation: The Bakari Union
Home Planet: Bakari Prime
Form of Goverment: Dictatorship
Leader(s): Lord Bakarus
Standing on the Senate and Chancellor: Anti
Senator: Senator Martan
Species: Bakari, Altarian
Planets: Bakari Prime, Thanathus, Tataleon, Moreleon, and various mining worlds and asteroids
Superweapon: The Doomsday-class Dreadnought. It is a 500 mile long gigantic ship with it's primary weapon being a large superlaser, which can instantly destroy multiple ships at once or perhaps take out a small moon.
Population: 8 billion
Army Size:
Organic units: 0.97 billion
Synthetic units: 500 million
Fleet Size: 575,000
Strengths: Has an incredibly large military and space fleet. Skilled in space combat as well as ground combat, maybe even the best in the galaxy.
Weaknesses: The leadership of the Bakari Union tends to be over-arrogant, and this has cost them millions of units in past wars. In addition, our propulsion and hyperdrive systems aren't that good, and our shields are terrible.

Cut down the fleet size and you're accepted. Shields or no shields you can't have half a million starships, that'll make you unfairly the biggest fleet in the galaxy.

Spartans aren't that good, they're just hyped up versions of humans, easily defeatable by any well trained warrior species.

Do you mean immortal in the sense that they won't die of old age or that they are completely unkillable?

No, no, Harkback's application says he people are genetically immortal. I don't think that's fair or reasonable at all, wether it means that they can be killed or not. You can say they have extended lifetimes, sure, but they live forever? Come on.

Hmm, though if they can be killed, does it matter if they're immortal?

How is it unreasonable? Artificial Intelligences are immortal and my Civilization is composed of them entirely.

Yes. First of all, how would you know that they're immortal? I'm guessing Humans have only been in space for 500 years, and that's when they were unaltered and left Earth. Secondly, it allows a sort of "cart-blanche" to be created. (If his guys can be immortal, what can I make my guys?) Third, it just doesn't make any sense. Why aren't we all immortal? The humans are mostly in contact with one another.

There is just generally a lack of regulation in this R.P. Everyone is a super faction that can't be destroyed by another faction. I mean, some guys are eleven feet tall and others are completely immune to all forms of bodily decay. It takes out the fun when there is no real way for any danger to come to anyone.

No idea what you mean. If your AIs are breaking down it sounds like you got so problems with your hardware.

Having fully sentient AIs that don't degrade after time would mean your an extremely advanced civilization, which for the most part our nations aren't.

No, An AIs memory isn't limitless, soon it will start to create overlapping neural pathways which then start to cause seriously damaging feedback and crosscurcuitry signals.

It thinks itself to death.

Good thing I'm not using a Forerunner AI. Though I wonder if my AIs would be able to hold a conversation with another civilizations AI.
