Prussues: I thought of a way for both of us to share the Kaminoans, with me receiving a lesser portion. Kaminoan society is caste based, according to the wiki, and it is based off eye color. Grey, yellow, and blue are acceptable eye colors. Green, however, is not. Those with green eyes are terminated. So perhaps a group of green-eyed Kaminoans managed to hide their eye color, were eventually found out, and fled to form their own colony? And subsequently joined my Empire for initial protection?

New Panti: If you can't tell yet I love a good back story, and since everyone is allowed to have Human populations, I was thinking along the lines that one of your back-woods colonies rebels (like in the original Halo universe) and come to join my Empire for protection?
