The term 'Suez' has existed, yes, but to actually move ships across it would require a canal, which took the SCC 10 years to build.

However, most people don't know me as Hellespont so they would seem to think that I would not have enough experience to start one. Also it kinda does appeal to people who like ancient history some I am not sure what to do. The idea is that it is just after the Partition of Babylon in 323 BCE and there are a lot of Satraps ruling over provinces and I thought that you could either take a famous Diadochi, such as Ptomely or Antigonus, or you could create your own diadochi and try to create your own empire out of the scraps of Alexander's. So would anyone be willing to help? Or is it too bad of an idea.

It is a preety cool idea but I would like to get this RP started first. I just want to see Greek America happening ya know. Also not many would get the Partition of Babylon part. Just call it 'Hellenistic era' or 'Alexander's death' RP or whatever. However this kinda restrict you from Spain to India since there were not much going on in the rest of Europe and the rest of Asia is too far away.

I think that we can have separate conference for each of these: the Americas, Africa, Asia-Oceania. Or we can have a prolonged Conference of Constantinople.

Esto-Livonia apparently doesn't seem to exist, unless orange is the color.

1)Esto-Livonia (in the map) is simply Estonia + eastern Latvia including Riga.
