Just to point some things out I honestly doubt that your Kingdom has ever even interacted with Persians therefor no relations at all would really exist. Also if you mind telling me how you know Persian Forces are active and even moving towards Byzantine Lands?

Erm... you're not really on good relations with Japan so...
However, if you like we can say you helped the Imperials in the Boshin war, which would make us like you more.
This conference is generally for friends of Japan and Asian-Oceanian nations.
