However, i would like to point out that if Persia does attack Byzantium i would most certainly come to help Byzantium. And i assume that West Serbia would accompany me.

Did you know that in Guiana and Suriname, Hindu is practiced by a large minority?

Fair enough, I'm just saying that there are roughly 20 to 25 million people in the gap between Germany, East Serbia, Estonia and Russia that could potentially be a big power.
