Actually I think Oleg could use his amazing powers of conjuration to summon him as a thing you could touch and stuff but it won't last long

Well.....actually that's why Void is pissed and is destroying everything......She is going to destroy Sin and everything he ever touched, which pretty much means all of Existence.....
