Heh, I don't think I've actually had any nightmares- at least ones I could remember, since 8 or 9. Or something like that.
Not for ages, anyway. So I don't have anything like that to worry about. Though my imagination doesn't always help me when I'm reading books, and I sometimes have what can be equated to nightmarish visualisations.
Technically not a nightmare or anything, but whatever.

Vampire demon? Probably like the kind of "inner demons", that the White Court Vampires have. (I like referencing the Dresden Files).
Whatever the case, probably not good, even if it does give you ultra-super-human powers in exchange for feeding on people's lifeforce by evoking certain emotions. Hopefully not the kind from House Raith, cause that makes things difficult.
