Their burgers are some of the best on the entire planet! There's a park down the way next to the Missisippi as well, go there to eat them.

Okay... in an attempt to clarify, because there was some misunderstanding earlier.

The big caps lock TIME OUT in red is something used in an OOC thread when there's total confusion. Any player can call it if he's concerned that his actions will kill other characters, or if there's been a serious "WTF?" moment.

So earlier, Cer called a TIME OUT.

The trick to these is you need to cite what you think the error is and include a link to the point where you think there's a problem or a mistake. If there's a serious error, we could REDACT (rewrite) our posts so everything's in continuity.

Then everyone waits, bored out of their minds, while stuff is clarified. There's usually gruff attitudes and some quibbling over small things. Normal.

Then play continues with a huge TIME IN, usually a blue or green color, once we are clear on things and the issue addressed.

In our case, Cer was searching for a post that specified the Drones were just all grouped at the mall. He was confused by Bran's posts because he couldn't find Dani's. He stated that he thought Bran had advanced the battle more than it really was and that all the other things were steamrolled. He could have stated it better but, let's face it, Cer's getting steamrolled a lot these days so his attitude was poor. (NOT pointing fingers at anyone on the steamroller part. Cer should have phrased his stuff better, especially because he's an experienced player.)

Once we clarified troops and Drone positions, we called the TIME IN.

I don't think I've ever seen the TIME OUT/IN used in P2TM and I'm sure it looked weird or that Cer was picking on Bran as a player. It wasn't personal. Bran thought Cer was singling him out on a personal level, and Cer thought Bran was being a butt because the TIME OUT was called. Miscommunication over an unfamiliar concept.

Bran made a good point: invasions are stressful and people are short tempered. I'd like to suggest that, instead of grousing in OOC, we simply ask the other person to clarify before we state our feelings on what they've said. It might very well be that feelings are being invested incorrectly and that a clarification will negate those poor feelings.

Just a suggestion for us to consider as a group.

By the way, they are attacking the drones around the Mall not in the mall, unless your men are out there too.

EDIT: Hope it wouldn't be too much of an inconvenience if I had Levi join in on the fight with 100 Russian Mafia members.

Aeten... You saw the chaos yesterday. We should have the Drone invasion wrapped up today. I miss our 40K. Is the design armor okay for your Raptor?

All.... I'm asking everyone to take gripes or doubts to TG so we can all focus on fun. Also, thank you all for hard work yesterday, and thanks for tolerating the chaos in OOC. You're all awesome.

I've got to clean my house. It's icky. The dust mice are looking like dust chinchillas. I'll be on later today.
