There aren't any really good wars where you are at... You need to choose a country a little bit less southern in Europe, and a bit more advance; you will get you butt kick if you play as Russia...

No, but the khanates do. And I could be Sweden or Norway. But I wanna be closer to Europe. I could play as a Native American Nation or I could create a Vassal colony to someone if someone sets one up. I don't know. I wanna be in Europe and Russia looks like the best choice.

I said that I allow any nobles who are able to build a castle. I never forced anyone; it follows naturally.
