You could use them better, and especially easy to take them over when they are busy fighting me and the Lithuanians. All that easy territory is surely worth more than "alliances" that are just pieces of paper. Plus the Crimeans are pagan savages who hate Allah! Their murder would be very pleasing to both our Gods

Please do not take my response as aggressive or insulting. First, thanks for telling me that your population is 639,000. Second, my population is 2000000, and my army can be 5% of that (and it could be larger if in times of war, which this is the case right now). Third, the OP was completely fine with my application, therefore all the numbers that I put in my application (which I think were realistic), are fair, and abide by every rule of the RP.

And please don't take this as an offense: be sure to always know how big your opponent is, how big is his/her army and navy, what are his/her strategic positions, and among all, how experienced he/she is in RPing. It may look like I am a noob (because of the amount of my forum posts), but I participate a lot in my region's forum's RPs.

The cap is 120,000 men. No higher

Which it is. My army is 120000 (plus the 3000 that were given by the OP), and 10000, which are as reserve and not active (therefore, they cannot be deployed until they can be fit in the cap, in other words, until my army's number goes down)
